| Objective: The effects of two kinds of vegetable oil combined with lard oil on growth performance,lipidosis and functions of liver,vascular lipid deposition in mice,and serum lipid content,lipid metabolism enzyme activity are researched.The results exert a favorable effect on oil composition in the daily diet,and improve people’s quality of life.Methods: The study was conducted on forty C57BL/6J male mice aged 8 weeks old which were housed under SPF conditions.The mice were equally divided into four treatment groups: group CR was the recommended intake of corn oil and lard composite oil(3.8% intake level),group CA was the actual oil intake of Chinese residents of corn oil and lard compound oil(6.5% intake level),group SR was the recommended intake of soybean oil and lard composite oil(3.8% intake level),group SA was the actual oil intake of Chinese residents of soybean oil and lard compound oil(6.5% intake level),followed by an adaptive feeding for 1W later.The 3.8% and 6.5% compound oil respectively were added in each group.The indoor temperature was controlled at 25 ℃ or so.After 8 weeks,the mice were killed by anaesthetizing and blooding,and the liver,kidney and blood samples were packed.The liver and aorta were on colonoscopy by sliced.The liver function,blood lipids four indicators,blood sugar,liver oxidative damage and kidney function were detected.Results:(1)The weight and body fat rate were significantly difference(P < 0.01)between SR and SA groups,CA and SA groups.The body fat rate was significantly difference(P < 0.01)between CR and SR groups.The liver index was significantly difference(P < 0.05)between CR and SR groups.The liver index was significantly difference(P < 0.01)between CR and CA groups.(2)The color,size,shape and texture were normal.(3)The ALP,ALT,AST were significantly difference(P < 0.05)between CR and SR groups.The ALP was significantly difference(P < 0.01)between SR and SA groups.The AST was significantly difference(P < 0.01)between CA and SA groups.(4)The HDL-C was significantly difference(P < 0.01)between CR and CA groups,SR and SA groups.The LDL-C was significantly difference(P < 0.01)between SR and SA groups.The LDL-C was significantly difference(P < 0.05)CA and SA groups.(5)The Glu was significantly difference(P < 0.01)between CR and CA groups,SR and SA groups.(6)The TC of liver was significantly difference(P < 0.01)between SR and SA groups,CA and SA groups.The TG of liver was significantly difference(P < 0.05)between CA and SA groups,CR and SR groups.(7)The GSH-PX was significantly difference(P < 0.05)between CR and CA groups,CA and SA groups,SR and SA groups.The SOD was significantly difference(P < 0.01)between CR and CA groups,significantly difference(P < 0.05)between CR and SR groups.The MDA was significantly difference(P < 0.01)between CR and SR groups,significantly difference(P < 0.05)between CA and SA groups.(8)The UA,UREA and CREA were significantly difference(P < 0.01)between SR and SA groups,CA and SA groups.(9)The aorta vascular and liver were all normal and there was no obvious organic disease.Conclusion:.In this experiment,mice were used as a model to study the dietary habits of 12 years of simulated Chinese residents:(1)The actual oil intake(6.5% intake level)of Chinese residents was compared with recommended oil intake(3.8% intake level).With the increase of fat intake,body weight,body fat rate and liver index of mice was significantly increased,and increased blood glucose levels,increased the burden of liver and kidney and obesity risk.Therefore,proper intake of fat is more conducive to health.(2)When recommending fat intake(3.8% intake level),the complex oil of soybean oil and lard was compared with that of lard and lard,body fat rate,liver function index were significantly increased,and antioxidant index was decreased,the burden on the liver was increased,the body’s antioxidant capacity was decreased,but also increased the risk of cardiovascular disease;The compound oil of corn oil and lard is more beneficial to lighten the burden of kidney and reduce the risk of gout.Therefore,the composite oil of corn oil and lard is more beneficial to the health of the body.(3)When the actual oil intake(6.5% intake level)of Chinese residents,complex oil of soybean oil and lard Compared to corn oil and lard composite oil,body weight,body fat rate,liver index,serum lipid,liver function,renal function were significant increased,antioxidant capacity was decreased,the burden of liver lipid metabolism was increased,liver and kidney function was damaged,the risk of cardiovascular disease and obesity were increased.Therefore,when the actual oil intake(6.5% intake level)of Chinese residents,complex oils of corn oil and lard relative to soybean oil and lard,the compound oil of corn oil and lard is more in line with the dietary health requirements. |
