Objective: In recent years, the risk of coronary heart disease to human is remained higher. In order to reduce this hazards, effectively control its controllable risk factors had great significance in improving the quality of the patients’ life who with coronary heart disease.Based on this, for the academic research and providing new ideas for the prevention and treatment of coronary heart disease,we make this research to explor the relationship between serum uric acid level and coronary artery stenosis(SYNTAX score). Methods: In recent years, the risk of coronary heart disease to human is remained higher. In patients with cardiovascular medicine inpatients at the affiliated hospital of Qingdao university from July of 2016 to February of 2017,the main factors in the diagnosis of chest pain, chest distress, thoracic bone posterior/anterior thoracic region, etc.were selected as the subjects for the study of the patient with coronary heart disease,so as to improve the standard of fasting blood biochemical index and hospital admission, and to eliminate the contraindication of coronary angiography and calculate the coronary heart disease score. To rule out the use of urinals, abnormal liver function, severe kidney failure, malignant tumor, autoimmune disease, blood system disease, pregnancy, and the final match for the 802 patients.Statistics the gender, age, body mass index(BMI),smoking history, history of hypertension, diabetes, potassium chloride sand or ammonia chloride to antihypertensive medication history of equality can affect the uric acid metabolism, blood lipids, blood uric acid, such as data of these patients. And divided these patients into the total sample group(802 cases),the male sample group(503 cases),the female sample group(299 cases),respectively analyze the three group:a.Pearson correlation analysis of serum uric acid concentration and SYNTAX score in each sample group to determine the correlation between them.b.In accordance with the male serum uric acid>420μmol/L,and the female serum uric acid >360 μmol/L as the diagnostic criteria, and then dividing each sample group into hyperuricemia group and non-hyperuricemia group, compare whether the SYNTAX score of the two subgroups is statistically significant.c.Multiple linear regression analysis was used to determine the effect of uric acid on coronary stenosis in each sample group.Results:I.In the total sample group:a.The Pearson correlation coefficient between serum uric acid concentration and SYNTAX score r=0.072,P=0.04<0.05.The correlation between them was minimal.b.The SYNTAX score in the hyperuricemia group was higher than that in the non-hyperuricemia group, and P<0.05.c.In the multiple linear regression analysis: The normalized coefficient of uric acid Beta = 0.064,P> 0.05,the total population of blood uric acid concentration had no significant effect on the degree of coronary stenosis.II.In the male sample group:a.The Pearson correlation analysis between serum uric acid concentration and SYNTAX score P>0.05,no correlation between the two.b.There was no statistical difference in SYNTAX score between the hyperuricemia group and the normal group, and the P>0.05.c.In the multiple linear regression analysis, the standardized coefficient of serum uric acid concentration was Beta =-0.083,P> 0.05.The serum uric acid concentration had no significant effect on the coronary stenosis, and it was not a risk factor of male patients.III.In the female sample group:a.The Pearson correlation coefficient between serum uric acid and the SYNTAX score r=0.311,and the P<0.001.b.The SYNTAX score in the hyperuricemia group was significantly higher than that in the normal group, and the P<0.001.c.The standardized coefficient of serum uric acid concentration in multiple linear regression analysis was beta=0.293,P<0.001.The effect of serum uric acid concentration on coronary stenosis in female patients can not be ignored. Conclusion: Among the male population, the relationship between the serum uric acid and the SYNTAX score was not significantly, and the serum uric acid was not an independent risk factor for coronary artery stenosis. While in the female population, the serum uric acid is closely related to the SYNTAX score, and it is an independent risk factor for coronary artery stenosis. And serum uric acid concentration is positively correlated with the degree of coronary artery stenosis.
