Complex regional pain syndrome typeⅠ after stroke is a common complication of cerebrovascular disease,it is a kind of chronic pain after stroke,its mainly focused on the arm,shoulder,and hand motor,its also called shoulder hand syndrome,because of the pathogenesis is related to the dysfunction of sympathetic nervous system of affected limb,also known as the reflection sexual sense nerve malnutrition syndrome.In 1994,The International Association for the Study of Pain(IASP)reclassified it as a complex regional pain syndrome typeⅠ.The characteristics is gradually worsening local pain not along the skin,accompanied by varying degrees of other symptoms,including skin changes,autonomic nervous function,paresthesia and abnormal movement,and the change of nutrition,etc.At present CRPS I is no specific treatment,often need a variety of methods of joint application,early prevention and coordination with the therapist to regulate rehabilitation,conducive to the recovery of stroke patients limb function.This paper presents the recent advances in epidemiology,pathogenesis,and treatment of CRPS I after stroke through the literature review. |
