Objective:Investigate the effect of recombinant human growth hormone on the immune function of young children with severe burn.Methods:28 patients with severe burn(greater than the severe burn area is larger than 15%TBSA,burning depth more than superficial second degree)admitted to our hospital from July 2015 to July 2017,were randomly divided into recombinant human growth hormone treatment group(rh GHT n=15)and the convention treatment group(CT n=13).After admission to the hospital,the children in group CT were given early anti shock,anti infection,wound care and other treatment.On the basis of the above-mentioned treatment,the patients in the rh GHT group,were injected the recombinant human growth hormone(rhGH)subcutaneously,with a dosage of 0.2U/Kg.d,on the third day after admission,once a night before bedtime,for 7 days[1-3].Peripheral venous blood samples(white blood cell phagocytosis,immune I number,lymphocyte classification and blood glucose)were collected from the children in two groups on the day before treatment,third day and seventh day after treatment.The data repeated measurements were analyzed by variance analysis,multifactor analysis,X2test,independent sample t test and paired T test.Results:(1)The average of blood glucose at 3rd days and 7th days after medication in the rhGHT group was higher than that before rhGH treatment(P<0.05),but there was no obvious change in the CT group.(2)Tn the rh GHT group,the percentage of CD8+decreased on seventh day after treatment significantly(P<0.05);the percentage of CD3+and CD4+increasedsignificantlyafterthirddayandseventhday treatment(P<0.05);on third day and seventh day after treatment,the percentage of CD3+and CD4+in rhGHT group were higher than the CT group(P<0.05),seeing table 2.2 and table 2.2.2.(3)In CT group,no stimulation value of normal people on third day after treatment was lower than beforesignificantly(P<0.05),seeing table 2.3.1.(4)InrhGHT group,IgA,IgM,IgG and C3 value increased significantly on 3rd day and7th day after medication(P<0.05).IgA,Ig M,Ig G and C3 valuein rhGHT group were higher than them in CT group on 7th day treatment(P<0.05),seeing table 2.4.2.Conclusion:rhGH can promote the release of CD3+and CD4+,reduce CD8+and improve the level of immunoglobulin.It can regulate the immune function disorder and reduce the inflammatory reaction.It can be used for clinical treatment of severe burn in young children.
