Objective:1.The levels of CD19+CD24highCD38high Bregs,BAFF,IL-10 and TGF-beta in peripheral blood of patients with NMOSD were analyzed,and the role of Bregs in the acute phase of NMOSD was discussed.The relationship between BAFF and Bregs,IL-10 and TGF-beta was also identified.2.The level of GFAP in peripheral blood of NMOSD patients was detected and the correlation between GFAP and the severity of the disease was discussed with the EDSS score.Methods: From December 2016 to 2018 01,27 patients in the acute phase of NMOSD in the Second Hospital of Hebei Medical University were selected as the experimental group,and 20 healthy persons matched for sex and age were selected as control group.The EDSS score and flow cytometry were used to detect the number of CD19+CD24highCD38highBregs in peripheral blood of NMOSD patients.The levels of BAFF,IL-10,TGF-and GFAP in peripheral blood were detected by PCR and compared with healthy persons.Results:1.The level of BAFF in group 1.NMOSD was higher than that in the control group.There was no statistical difference between the two groups.The BAFF level did not have a linear relationship with the EDSS score.The level of CD19+CD24highCD38highBregs in group.2.NMOSD was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.There was no linear relationship between Bregs and EDSS score and BAFF.The level of IL-10 in group.3.NMOSD was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.There was a linear correlation between BAFF and IL-10,and the level of TGF-beta in group NMOSD was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.There is no linear relationship between BAFF and TGF-beta.The level of GFAP in group.4.NMOSD was higher than that in the control group,and there was a significant difference between the two groups.There is no linear relationship between GFAP and EDSS.Conclusion:1.The role of serum BAFF in the pathogenesis of NMOSD needs to be further clarified.2.Bregs was not only significantly reduced in the pathogenesis of NMOSD,but also significantly impaired in its function.3.The serum GFAP has a certain correlation with the pathogenesis of NMOSD.The value of serum GFAP in.4.NMOSD patients at acute stage is not clear for judging the severity and prognosis of patients with NMOSD.
