Objective: To explore the correlation between anxiety and depression and the degree of coronary artery disease and the number of lesions in patients with coronary heart disease,so as to provide some new ideas for clinical treatment of patients with coronary heart disease. Methods:We collected 120 patients who hospitalized in the cardiovascular internal medicine of Hebei General Hospital during December 2016 to December 2017.All patients signed the informed consent. The blood indexes of all the selected patients were measured and their general clinical data and blood indexes were recorded respectively. The somatic symptom checklist(SSS)was performed by a cardiologist to assist the patient.Coronary angiography was performed in all the patients, and at least 2 cardiologists analyzed the coronary artery disease and performed the Gensini score.According to the Gensini score,we divided the hospitalized patients into mild lesion group, moderate lesion group, and severe lesion group.(0<25 Gensini≤25integral as mild group,25 < Gensini ≤ 41 for integral moderate group, severe group Gensini score > 41).According to the results of coronary angiography, stenosis of more than 50% in accordance with the left main, left anterior descending artery, left circumflex and right coronary artery in the crown mainly involving vessels divided into single vessel group, double vessel disease group and three vessel disease group.Data were analyzed by SPSS21.0 software.Variance analysis or Chi square test were used to compare the clinical data of three groups.and SSS score and the characteristics of coronary artery disease.Results:1.Comparison of basic clinical features in mild lesion group, moderate lesion group and severe lesion groupThe basic clinical features of the three groups were not statistically significant(P > 0.05).In patients with coronary heart disease, the detection rate of SSS score for anxiety and depression was 60%,and the detection rate of anxiety and depression in patients with different coronary artery lesions was statistically significant(P < 0.05).2.Comparison of the basic clinical features of single branch lesion group, double branch lesion group and three branch lesion groupThere was no significant difference in basic clinical data between the three groups(P > 0.05).The rate of SSS scores for anxiety and depressive disorder was statistically significant in patients with different coronary artery disease(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.The high incidence of anxiety and depressive disorder in patients with coronary heart disease.2.The degree of coronary artery disease and the number of lesions in patients with coronary heart disease are correlated with the occurrence of anxiety and depression...
