Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Decreased Ovarian Reserve Function With Bushen Huoxue Cytotherapy

Objective:This study through the use of traditional Chinese medicine kidney blood circulation therapy,the experience of the mentor Yiqi Huayu Fang,Bushenjianpi combined with gram-aging treatment of spleen and kidney deficiency of ovarian reserve decreased,and before and after the administration of patients with clinical indicators（sex hormone levels,ovarian volume）and TCM syndrome scores were compared,explore its mechanism of action and evaluate the clinical effect,to better guide the Chinese medicine treatment of the disease,and give full play to its advantages.Method:The clinic collected 60 cases of spleen and kidney deficiency type DOR patients,the patients were randomly divided into treatment group（Yiqi Huayu Recipe,Bushen Jianpi Recipe combined with Kelong Mong）and control group,each group of 30 cases,were treated for 1 course of treatment（3 months）,after stopping the drug were followed up for six months.The ovarian volume,anti-Müllerian hormone（AMH）,estradiol（E₂）,follicle-stimulat-ing hormone（FSH）and luteinizing hormone（LH）levels and clinical symptoms in patients before and after treatment were compared,statistical analysis of the data.Result:1.There was no significant difference in age distribution,course of disease,severity of illness,pre-administration serological indicators,ovarian volume and TCM syndrome score between the two groups（P>0.05）.2.The total effective rate of the two groups of patients was compared,the treatment group was higher than the control group,respectively 93.3%,73.3%,the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）,the recurrence rate of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.3.The total score was compared between the two groups before and after administration,the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）;There was a statistically significant difference between groups（P<0.05）,the treatment group is better than the control group.There was no significant difference in the menstrual cycle and libido between the two groups（P>0.05）,the rest of the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）.4.After treatment,the levels of FSH,LH and FSH/LH decreased,the levels of E₂ and AMH increased in both groups,the difference within the group was statistically significant（P<0.05）;There was a statistically significant difference between groups（P<0.05）.5.There was no significant difference in ovarian volume between the two groups after administration（P>0.05）,this shows that in increasing the ovarian volume,both groups had no significant effect;There was no significant difference between the two groups（P>0.05）,in terms of increasing ovarian volume,the two groups have similar efficacy.Conclusion:Bushenhuoxue cycle therapy of spleen and kidney deficiency type DOR significant effect,in regulating endocrine hormone levels and improving clinical symptoms,they are all superior to simple ageing Mongolian treatment,and the recurrence rate is low,no obvious adverse reactions,safe and reliable.
