| Objective:To explore correlation factors of sensitive time of hormone deprivation therapy in metastatic castration-naive prostate cancer(MCNPC).Methods: A retrospective analysis of 31 patients with metastatic castration-naive prostate cancer(MCNPC)was performed.MCNPC patients under the hormone deprivation therapy were collected, who aged 49-98 years, mean age 75 years. The clinical information of patients were collected including Prostate-specific antigen(PSA)before endocrine therapy, the time to the lowest PSA after hormone deprivation therapy, minimum PSA levels,PSA levels after 7 months of hormone deprivation therapy,Gleason score,Red blood cell distribution width(RDW)when diagnosed as prostate cancer, alkaline phosphatase level, hemoglobin level.Kaplan-Meier survival analysis and long-rank test were used to compare the differences in the sensitive time of hormone deprivation therapy among the different groups.Cox regression was used to analyze the influence of the different factors on the sensitive time of hormone deprivation therapy. Results:The average age of 31 MCNPC patients is 75.06 ± 12.17 years old and the mean sensitive time of hormone deprivation therapy is 360.81±153.58 days.In the univariate analysis, the lowest PSA,the lowest PSA after ADT,the PSA level at 7 months after ADT,the Gleason score and the serum alkaline phosphatase level correlate with sensitive time of hormone deprivation therapy(P values less than 0.05).In the multivariate analysis,PSA minimum>1ng/ml(HR=3.794,95% CI:1.444~9.967,p<0.01),PSA0.2~4ng/ml after 7 months of ADT(HR=3.433,95%CI:1.006~11.713,p<0.05),PSA > 4 ng / ml after 7 months of ADT(HR=15.088,95% CI:3.820~59.600,p<0.01)and ALP>150U/L(HR=3.458,95%CI:1.330~8.988,p<0.05)are risk factors for the shorter sensitive time of endocrine therapy. Conclusions:MCNPC patients with PSA minimums>1ng/ml,PSA0.2~4ng/ml after 7 months of ADT,PSA values>4ng / ml after 7 months of ADT,and patients with ALP>150U/L will be more likely to enter the CRPC stage. |
