Objective:Through statistical analysis of clinical data, pathological data, and different treatment methods of 18 cases of early small cell neuroendocrine carcinoma of the cervix(SCNEC),to evaluate the prognostic factors and explore the best possible treatment.Method:The clinical data and pathological characteristics of 18 SCNEC patients in early stage from 1997 to 2017 admitted to the Department of Gynecology, the First Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University were analyzed retrospectively, and SPSS 23.0 statistical analysis software was applied to analyze the prognostic factors.Result:Statistical analysis of the prognosis of patients with SCNEC and its age of onset, diameter of cervical lesions, pelvic lymph node metastasis, depth of cervical interstitial infiltration, expression of CgA and Syn,preoperative neoadjuvant chemotherapy, postoperative combined radiochemotherapy, postoperative TP There was no significant correlation between chemotherapy or BP regimen(P>0.05).These factors were not related to the prognosis of patients with cervical small cell neuroendocrine carcinoma.Statistical analysis showed that the prognosis of patients with NSE negative expression, supplemented with EP chemotherapy regimen Statistical differences(P<0.05)improved patient’s 2-year survival rate. Conclusion : Patients with early small cell neuroendocrine carcinoma of the cervix supplemented with EP regimen based on radical surgery could improve the prognosis and improve the patient’s 2-year survival rate, which may be the best treatment option.NSE positive expression is a prognostic risk factor for patients with SCNEC.Age of onset, size of cervical lesions, depth of cervical interstitial infiltration, expression of CgA and Syn,neoadjuvant chemotherapy, postoperative combined radiochemotherapy, postoperative chemotherapy with TP/BP regimen, these have no obvious relationship with its prognosis. |
