Objective: To investigate the relationship between arterial pressure in patients with hypertension.and related factors Methods: 258 patients including essential hypertension(not taking anti-hypertensive drugs)and those who had stop taking anti-hypertensive drugs for more than a month were collected from November 2016 to March 2018 in affiliated Hospital of Zunyi medical college. The SphygmoCor ? pulse wave analyzer was used to measure center artery systolic blood pressure(CASP).The OMRON HEM-7136 upper arm medical electronic sphygmomanometer with the appropriate cuff was selected to measure the peripheral arterial systolic pressure(PASP).According to CASP and PASP,the patients were divided into the increased group of CASP(≥ 130 mmHg,n=155)and control group 1(< 130 mmHg,n=103);the increased group of PASP(≥ 140 mmHg,n=166)and control group 2(< 140 mmHg,n=92).Automatic biochemical analyzer was adopted to test blood biochemical indicators(serum creatinine, blood uric acid, urinary inhibition C,urea nitrogen, serum triglyceride, total cholesterol,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),blood sugar)and the urine trace albumin/creatinine ratio.Height was measured by the height gauge that is approved by the department of national metrology calibration instrument, and accurate to 0.5 cm tall. The four digit of height in patients with hypertension was calculated and divided into 4 groups:short group, shorter group, high group and higher group.According to the age standard of the WHO,the hypertension patients were divided into three groups: group A(n = 100,18-44 years old),group B(n = 105,45-59 years old),and group C(n = 53,over 60 years old). The regression and correlation analysis and R * C contingency table c2test were performed. If there were any difference, the Bonferroni method was used for statistical analysis between the two groups. Results: Compared with the control group 1,the increased group of CASP had higher blood pressure, age, urinary microalbumin, urinary microalbumin/urinary creatinine ratio, but both height and weight was decreased.Compared with the control group, the ratio of hypertensive disease, urinary microalbumin, urinary microalbumin/urinary creatinine were elevated in the increased group of PASP.The analysis of binary logistic regression showed that CASP was positively correlated with the hypertension duration and age,and negatively correlated with height.PASP was positively correlated with hypertension duration.Correlation analysis showed that CASP was significantly negatively correlated with height(r=-0.184,P < 0.05),and positively correlated with age(r=0.131,P< 0.05).The R x C c2test showed that the detection rate of central arterial pressure increase(75.5%)in group C was higher than that of normal group(24.5%).Bonferroni analysis of R x C c2test showed that the detection rate of central arterial pressure in the short group(76.8%)was higher than in the shorter group(53.6%)and the high group(49.2%)(P< 0.008).Conclusion:The course of hypertension is the influencing factor of central arterial pressure;height and age are independent risk factors of central arterial pressure.
