Clinical Observation Of "Zishen Ningxin Capsule" In Treating Postmenopausal And Postmenopausal Syndromes Of Heart And Kidney

Objective Observe the improvement of clinical symptoms in Ziren Ningxin capsules before and after treatment of menopausal incompetence menopause syndromes,and regulate the level of female sex hormones,and make an objective assessment of the effectiveness of the drug.Method 70 patients who met the inclusion criteria of heart and kidney incompatibility menopausal syndromes were selected.According to the random number table method,35 patients were divided into treatment group and treated with Zishen Ningxin Capsule,and 35 patients in control group were treated with Kuntai Capsule.Observations: Changes in endocrine luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),estradiol(E2)and testosterone(T),and testosterone/estradiol(T/E2)ratio after 2 months of treatment.Improved Kupperman scores and improvement of TCM syndrome scores.The data was analyzed using SPSS19.0 statistical software.Results The total effective rate of clinical efficacy in the treatment group and the control group was 91.42% and 80.00%,respectively;both the Kupperman points and the total scores of the TCM syndromes of the two groups decreased after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group.group.In the comparison of TCM syndrome scores,the comparison between the two groups before and after treatment decreased compared with that before treatment(P<0.05),except that the treatment group had abnormal emotions and the dizziness and tinnitus decreased were not significantly different(P>0.05).After the treatment,the treatment group had a better reduction in the number of single points scored in hot sweating,restlessness,insomnia,and weak waist than in the control group(P<0.05).There was no difference in the other symptoms between the two groups.After treatment,serum estradiol(E2)levels were higher in the two groups than before.Both groups had lower serum follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)levels than before and both groups had statistically significant differences(P<0.05),and Ziyin Ningxin Capsule Group was superior to In Kuntai capsule group,the serum testosterone(T)increased after treatment,but the ratio of luteinizing hormone(LH)and testosterone/estradiol(T/E2)decreased compared with before,but there was no statistical difference before and after treatment.Significance(P>0.05).No adverse drug reactions occurred in the two groups during the treatment period,and no abnormalities were found in the laboratory test indicators.Conclusion The use of Zishen Ningxin capsules to treat various types of menopause before and after menopause has good clinical efficacy,high safety,especially in improving symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine such as hot and humid sweating,restlessness,insomnia,and weak waist and knees.Can make laboratory indicators-serum sex hormones: FSH levels,estradiol(E2)levels.
