The thesis reported chemical constituents on three kinds of medicinal plants in Yunnan province,Dacrycarpus imbricatus,Lycopodium japonicum and Morinda longissima.Totally 57 compounds were isolated and identified from the three plants,of which 5 were novel compounds.16 compounds were isolated and identified by means of various chromatography methods and spectroscopic evidences from the twigs of Dacrycarpus imbricatus.Structure types included diterpenes,flavans,flavanones,lignans,simple aromatic compounds and steroids.The identified compounds were podoimbricatin C(1),6,12-dihydroxyabieta-5,8,11,13-teraen-7-one(2),(-)-catechin(3),podocarpusflavone A(4),amentoflavone(5),(-)-sesamin(6),(-)-(7R,7’R,7’’R,8S,8’S,8’’S)-4’,4’’-dihydroxy-3,3’,3’’,5-tetramethoxy-7,9’:7’,9-diepoxy-4,8’’-oxy-8,8’-sesquineolignan-7’’,9’’-diol(7),(+)-cycloolivil(8),threo-guaiacylglycerol-β-O-4’-dihydroconiferyl ether(9),Cveratroylglycol(10),coniferaldehyde(11),2-hydroxy-4-methoxy-6-pentylbenzoic acid(12),ponasterone A(13),ponasterone A 20,22-acetonide(14),20-hydroxyecdysone 20,22-monoacetonide(15),β-sitosterol(16).Compound 1 was novel,and compounds 2,6-12,14 and 15 were firstly isolated from the genus.Compounds 3,5 and 13 were separated from Dacrycarpus imbricatus for the first time.The new compound 1 was assessed for its in vitro growth inhibitory influences against the different cancer lines(A-549,HL-60,SMMC-7221,SW480 and MCF-7),but the result showed that it had no activity in vitro.From the whole of Lycopodium japonicum,13 alkaloids were isolated,and the types of structure are including lycopodine,lycodine,and fawcettimine.The structures were elucidated to be as lucidioline(17),lycoclavine(18),lycodoline(19),lycoposerramine K(20),acetyllycoposerramine M(21),lycoposerramine M(22),lycoponicumine E(23),des-N-methyl-α-obscurine(24),α-obscurine(25),fawcettimine(26),lycoflexine(27),lycoflexine N-oxide(28),lycocernuine(29)by spectroscopy analysis.28 compounds were isolated and identified by means of various chromatography methods and spectroscopic evidences from the twigs of Morinda longissima.The types of structure are including anthraquinones,triterpenes,simple aromatic compounds and steroids.There are(+)-aggregatin G(30),(-)-aggregatin G(31),1,6-dihydroxy-2-hydroxymethyl-5-methoxy anthraquinone(32),1,3-dihydroxy-2-methoxy-6-hydroxymethyl anthraquinone(33),2-methylanthraquinone(34),1-hydroxy-2-methyl-9,10-anthraquinone(35),2-hydroxy-1-methoxy-anthraquinone(36),1,2-dimethoxy-3-hydroxy-anthraquinone(37),1,2,3-trihydroxy anthraquinone(38),rubiadin(39),lucidin(40),lucidin-ω-methyl ether(41),1,4-dimethoxy-2-hydroxyanthraquinone(42),anthragallol 1,3-dimethyl ether(43),rubiadin 1-methyl ether(44),damnacanthol(45),1,6-dihydroxy-2-methylanthraquinone(46),2-methyl-1,3,6-trihydroxy-9,10-anthraquinone(47),morindone(48),2,7-dihydroxy-3-methyl anthraquinone(49),3-Oacetyloleanolic acid(50),3β,6β,19α-trihydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid(51),3-oxo-6β-19α-dihydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid(52),β-sitosterol(53),trans-cinnamic acid(54),vanillic acid(55),protocatechuic acid(56),benzoic acid(57).Compounds 30-33 were novel,and compounds 37,38,42,45-52 and 54-57 were firstly isolated from the genus.Compounds 36-38,40,42,43 and 46-57 were separated from Morinda longissima for the first time.At last,the chemical constituents and pharmacological studies of Morinda were reviewed,including 155 compounds,their names,plant resources and biological activities.
