Emergency Center plays an important role in managing and scheduling ambulances in emergency care.For emergency centers,how to manage and schedule ambulances in urban areas determines the efficiency of medical ambulances.Effective management and scheduling methods can provide valuable rescue time for patients.After a first-aid request occurs,if an ambulance cannot be timely and reasonably responded,it will miss the best period of first-aid.If the request is caused by the road accident,the delay of response may also lead to a decrease in the capacity of urban traffic.To solve this problem,Emergency Centers need to make effective management method of ambulance state and optimal scheduling strategies for ambulances,not only ensuring timely and effective response to first-aid request in urban environment,but also avoiding the vehicle faults to affect the timeliness and reliability of ambulance scheduling.The purpose of this thesis is studying ambulance management and scheduling method in urban environment.First of all,the thesis studies the ambulance management method in urban environment based on Simple Network Management Protocol.The method carries out real-time monitoring and remote management of ambulances on the road,to avoid vehicle faults affecting the timeliness and reliability of ambulance scheduling.A statistical analysis of the relevant performance indicators of ambulances will be provided to ambulance manufacturers to facilitate the ambulance manufacturer’s improvement of ambulance performance.Secondly,aiming at the ambulances scheduling for first-aid in urban environment,this thesis utilizes an ambulance scheduling model based on Markov Decision Process,with two optimization goals: minimizing average response time and delay arrival rate of scheduling.Furthermore,considering faults of the ambulance during the scheduling process,this thesis analyzes the process of real-time fault diagnosis and treatment of ambulances based on the above-mentioned ambulance scheduling model and the management method based on Simple Network Management Protocol.It also proposes a scheduling strategy in such situation to ensure timely and effective response to first-aid request in the urban environment.Finally,the simulation analysis of the scheduling strategy based on Markov Decision Process is carried out to proof the effectiveness of the scheduling strategy. |
