Objective(s):Analysis of clinical curative effect and prognostic factors of comprehensive breast-conserving treatment for early breast cancer. Methods:A retrospective study of single-center(Yunnan Cancer Hospital)database was conducted to analyze 327 patients’ data.Kaplan-Meier method was used for survival analysis and Log-rank method was used for single factor analysis and classification data test. The P value less than 0.05 is a significant difference.Explore the clinical prognostic value of clinical factors such as age of onset, size of the tumor, and molecular typing for breast-conserving surgery,breast-conserving surgery after an external mass of an external mass, positive incision at the first incision, axillary lymph node dissection, whether the surgical treatment differences from the interval between radiotherapy and chemotherapy after the end of chemotherapy affects the prognosis of patients. Results:The 5-year and 10-year disease-free survival rate of the whole group was 96.3%and 94.2%respectively.The single factor analysis of 5-year disease-free survival showed that:the number of axillary lymph node is one of prognosis factors for 5-year disease-free survival, along with the number of lymph node metastasis increasing, the risk of recurrence and metastases is greater(P = 0.020).The single factor analysis of 10-year disease-free survival showed that the age of onset was the prognostic factor for 10-year disease-free survival, and the risk of recurrence and metastases at the age of no more than 35 years was 2.865 times that of more than 35(P=0.027).The patient’s prognosis was not affected by the size of the tumor, the molecular type, breast conserving surgery after excision of the tumor, the positive margin at the first incision, the difference in the axillary lymph node approach, and the distance from the radiotherapy interval after surgery or chemotherapy. Conclusion(s):Early breast cancer breast-conserving comprehensive treatment can obtain better curative effect, and the influencing factors of disease-free survival include age and axillary lymph node status.
