Obejective: To study the effects of continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis(CAPD)and hemodialysis(HD)on hemoglobin(Hb),serum calcium(Ca2+),phosphorus(Pi3-)and parathyroid hormone(PTH)in uremic patients To correct renal anemia,calcium and phosphorus metabolic disorders,and improve the quality of life of patients with chronic kidney disease(CKD).Methods: Selecting from July 2015 to June 2017,114 uremic patients who were dialyzed at the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanhua University.The selected subjects were randomly divided into peritoneal dialysis group and hemodialysis group,57 cases of peritoneal dialysis group and 57 cases of hemodialysis group.The peritoneal dialysis group underwent continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis(CAPD)treatment.The hemodialysis group received hemodialysis(HD),and the Hb,0,3,and 6 months of the two groups were detected.Ca2+,Pi3-,PTH,peritoneal dialysis patients collected blood in the morning fasting,hemodialysis patients collected blood before dialysis,the measured data are expressed as mean±standard deviation((?)±s),the normality of the data in each group And homogeneity test of variance,statistical analysis of the impact of two dialysis methods on the above indicators.Results: 1.At the 0th month,there was no significant difference in the use of Hb,Ca2+,Pi3-,PTH,primary morbidity,dephosphorization drugs,and correction of anemia drug use between the PD group and the hemodialysis group(P>0.05).2.After two months of dialysis treatment in both groups,Hb,Ca2+,Pi3-,and PTH in the PD group were improved compared with those before dialysis treatment,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant;Hb,Ca2+ in the hemodialysis group There was improvement before dialysis treatment,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,Pi3-,PTH had no significant improvement,P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.3.After two months of dialysis treatment in both groups,the improvement of Hb,Ca2+,Pi3-,and PTH in the peritoneal dialysis group was better than that of the hemodialysis group,P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion: 1.After peritoneal dialysis and hemodialysis treatment,Hb and Ca2+ in uremic patients are closer to normal values.After peritoneal dialysis treatment,uremia patients' Pi3-,PTH are closer to normal values.2.Hb,Ca2+,Pi3-,and PTH in uremic patients undergoing peritoneal dialysis treatment are more likely to approach normal values than hemodialysis patients.
