Study On The Promotion Of Hospital Social And Economic Benefits By New Chinese Herbal Medicine

Traditional Chinese medicine is a traditional dominant industry in China.It occupies a solid position in the minds of consumers.The total output value of Chinese medicine industry in 2016 is 29635.86 yuan,Chinese medicine Pieces occupy an important position,and sales revenue accounts for 6.6%.Traditional Chinese medicine pieces are not accurate,unevenly distributed,inefficient and difficult to maintain.In recent years,many new Chinese herbal pieces have entered the market of traditional Chinese medicine,which has intensified the competition in the market of traditional Chinese medicine.Whether HN hospital’s participation in research and development of ultra-fine Chinese herbal pieces can create good economic benefits for the hospital,and whether it can create good social benefits for the society has become the focus of research.Therefore,this study uses the method of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis to explore the role and practical countermeasures of the new Chinese herbal medicine to improve the efficiency of the hospital.From the basic situation of the new Chinese herbal medicine,the application status of the new Chinese herbal medicine in HN hospital,the benefit analysis of the new Chinese herbal medicine in HN hospital,the difficulties and Countermeasures of the new Chinese herbal medicine to enhance the benefits of HN hospital.The investigation and analysis of consumer groups associated with pieces of types using the method of questionnaire investigation,exploration of new Chinese herbal medicine in the hospital market competitiveness;and then through the construction of new Chinese herbal medicine economic benefit evaluation index system of Chinese herbal medicine,new economic and social comprehensive benefit evaluation and analysis;facing the exploration of new Chinese herbal medicine promotion the hospital benefit predicament in the process,and the main stakeholders for the new measures to promote Chinese herbal medicine to improve hospital benefit.The research conclusions are as follows: the new Chinese herbal medicine Chinese herbal medicine HN ultra definition hospital involved in research and development,mainly with authentic,efficient,convenient and free fried,controllable quality,convenient health,medicinal material saving advantages;new Chinese herbal medicine market share is lower than that of the traditional Chinese herbal medicine,but its growth rate is significantly higher than that of the traditional Chinese herbal medicine;Chinese herbal medicine was applied to all ages of customer groups,mostly women;side effects of traditional Chinese medicine and small customers love good curative effect,willing to accept new Chinese herbal medicine price slightly higher than the traditional Chinese medicine,traditional Chinese Medicine knowledge,understand the desire of Chinese herbal medicine more applied to health and cure;pharmacy is the main supply channels;the development of new Chinese herbal medicine has the problem is lack of knowledge,lack of talent,the brand is not standardized.The social and economic benefits of the new Chinese Herbal Pieces in HN hospital were evaluated.The results showed that the social and economic benefits of the new Chinese medicine pieces were all higher than those of the traditional Chinese medicine pieces.The research has good practical significance for achieving the balance between economic and social benefits,promoting the healthy development of new Chinese herbal pieces,and promoting the healthy and balanced development of China’s medical industry.
