Oligohydramnio can occur at any time during pregnancy. But it happens more common in late pregnancy. It can cause intrauterine anoxia in that fetuses. It can cause fetal respiratory distress and asphyxiation of the newborn baby,in addition, the prognosis of perinatal infants was severely affected. Therefore,it attracts more and more attention. This study is designed to use the right ventricle, the ductus venosus, and the tricuspid annulus,to monitor the right heart function of the fetuses,to evaluate the amniotic fluid and the right heart function of the fetuses. This study selected 257 pregnant women with 37 to 41+6 weeks of gestational age.According to whether AFI is less than 5cm,they are divided into two groups, normal control group(183 cases)and experimental group(74 cases).Amniotic fluid measurement method is referred to the first edition of "antenatal ultrasonic diagnosis of fetal malformation".The doppler spectrum was obtained by using tissue doppler technique(TDI)to obtain tricuspid valve and tricuspid ring joint. All fetal right ventricular Tei indexes were measured and calculated. The DV blood flow spectrum was obtained with PW.The resistance index(RI),pulsatile index(PI)and S/A value are calulated. All fetal TAD were obtained by M ultrasound.SPSS17.0 statistical software was used. The data was expressed as mean ± SD.P-value less than 0.05 was considered statistically significant. The results showed as follows:1 Maternal age, gestational age had no difference between the two groups(P>0.05).2 There was no significant correlation between the right ventricular Tei index and fetal heart rate in the control group,(P>0.05,r=0.051).3 The right ventricular Tei index in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4 The fetal DV parameters were higher than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).5 The fetal TAD value in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant.6 The right ventricular Tei index in the experimental group was negatively correlated with TAD,and was positively correlated with DV related parameters(P<0.05).In summary, when the amniotic fluid is too little,it will cause fetal intrauterine anoxia.Fetal heart function also changes with the degree of hypoxia. The changes of fetal right cardiac function are more sensitive than that of left cardiac function.Tei index is an ideal and reliable index for evaluating the overall function of fetal right heart.DV related parameters can be used to evaluate the diastolic function of fetal right heart.TAD is a sensitive index for evaluating fetal right cardiac systolic function. The combination of the three can better assess fetal right heart function, provide more effective and comprehensive information for clinical practice.
