Clinical Study Of Heart Rate Variability,Serum Lipoproteinα,Apolipoprotein A1 In CHD With Depression Neurosis

Objective:To investigate the effects of depression on heart rate variability(HRV),serum lipoproteins α and apolipoprotein A1(ApoA1)in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Method:According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,96 patients with cardiovascular department in the No.2 hospital of jilin university from Feb.2017 to Jan.2018,were selected.According to SDS scoring criteria,it was divided into two groups:coronary heart disease group(n=50),coronary heart disease with depression group(n=46),two groups of patients were separately measured Lp(α),ApoA1 and HRV.IBM SPSS Statistics 24.0 was used for statistical analysis.Results:The general conditions of the two groups(age,sex,body mass index,smoking history,taking lipid medications and taking antiarrhythmic drugs)were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Independent sample T-test were conducted between the two groups: LF/HFratio,SDNN,rMSSD,Lp(α)and ApoA1 were both statistically significant(P<0.05).Patients with coronary heart disease with depression,compared with the mild depression group,patients with moderate or severe depression had lower TI levels.Correlation analysis of CHD with depression,LF/HF,Lp(α)were positively correlated with SDS score(r=0.431,r=0.287).SDNN,r MSSD,TI,Apo A1 were negatively correlated(r=-0.297,r=-0.333,r=-0.339,r=-0.295).Conclusion:Compared with CHD group,SDNN、rMSSD、PNN50 and ApoA1 levels of patients with coronary heart disease were lower,LF/HF radio and Lp(α)were higher.SDNN、rMSSD、ApoA1 were nagetively correlated with SDS scores,LF/HF radio and Lp(α)were positively correlated.The levels of triangular index,patients with moderate and severe depression were lower than those with mild depression.
