Malignant tumor is a serious threat to human life and health.Therefore,the early diagnosis and treatment of cancer is of vital importance to the treatment of cancer and the rescue of life.This paper starting from the circulating tumor cells and tumor marker PSA,designed magnetic nanocomposites was prepared,silicon nanowires,Ti O2 inverse opal and transformation on enhanced fluorescence film/photonic crystals,respectively.The following results have been achieved:[1] The microfluidic chip with silicon nanowire was used to combine magnetic composite materials to capture the circulating tumor cells.The capture rate was 82% in the blood sample under the capture device with a flow rate of 2 m L/h.At the same time,the purity of the circulating tumor cells was improved,and the purity was achieved by 90%.With magnetic nanocomposites,which not only implements the capture and monitoring,also in situ inactivated circulating tumor cells,curb the spread of the tumor.[2] On the basis of the above work,the microfluidic chip with the invert opal structure was attempted,taking into account the effects of the capture on the capture of the circulating tumor cells.In this paper,three kinds of three-dimensional invert opal structures were prepared by sol-gel method,and the effect of 3D invert opal structure on circulating tumor cells was explored.To explore the effect of pore size on the capture efficiency,different size of the inverse opal structure capture circulating tumor cells showed different capture effect,with the increase of aperture capture efficiency.When the size of the inverse opal structure is 415 nm,capture efficiency under low concentration of cells in the blood samples are implemented by more than 60%.With the increase of pore size,the number of filoreticulopodia grown by tumor cells combined with the three-dimensional invert opal structure increased and the width of pseudo feet increased,showing a better binding effect.And,the enhancement of fluorescence signal of tumor cells can be detected based on the light scattering effect of opal photonic crystal.[3]Based on opal photonic crystals to fluorescence enhancement,combined with the design and prepared to take the gap photonic crystals nanocrystalline thin film samples.The prostate specific antigen PSA was detected based fluorescence resonance energy transfer from enhanced fluorescence film and gold nanoparticles with sandwich immune method.
