| Modern medicine has been taking diabetes as an important goal.Blood glucose detection is one of the essential steps in the process of prevention,diagnosis,maintenance and treatment of diabetes.The domestic and foreign research institutions had studied for the noninvasive blood glucose technology years and put forward a variety of techniques,including.Infrared spectroscopy has been used as a mature industry in industry,medical treatment,chemical industry so that non-invasive blood glucose detection technology has been placed in high hopes.The infrared noninvasive blood glucose detection technology has achieved many breakthroughs,but the existing infrared noninvasive blood glucose detection technology most using spectrum analyzer,spectrum generator and other equipment with large and expensive,so that it is unable to meet the needs of the majority of patients’ s daily detection.In order to solve this problem,we discusses a noninvasive blood glucose detection method with different characteristics of near infrared spectroscopy using glucose in three wavelength calculation of the blood glucose concentration,based on the existing of noninvasive infrared detection technology,and the method for device implementation,through theoretical calculation,the feasibility of measuring accuracy of glucose water solution test and blood glucose measurement in three aspects of the validation of the method.The work carried out as follows: according to the principle of infrared spectroscopy combined with absorption spectrum of glucose,glucose in the near infrared absorption of 1450 nm and 1650 nm near infrared light as measuring wavelength selected near infrared spectrum,950 nm uses 50 W as the reference wavelength,the bromine tungsten lamp as light source irradiation was measured,using narrow-band filter required for transmission of light in wavelength selection,InGaAs photoelectric detector of transmitted light is collected;while the design of the switching amplifier circuit and filter circuit of the output signal of the detector preliminary processing,through the acquisition and display of signal acquisition card and Labview;through the analysis of noise sources and the precision of the device is calculated,the error detection of blood glucose detection device single wavelength glucose solution theory limit is 25.3mg/d L.We make a simulation test of three different concentration gradients glucose water solution.The preliminary results were obtained and the light source drift compensation and system error compensation treatment were carried out.The results showed that the device was able to measure accurately when the glucose concentration was above 200mg/d L,and the feasibility of the detection method was proved preliminarily.Finally,the actual blood glucose test was carried out.The test results show that the signal contains blood glucose information,but the measured value can not be used to show the actual blood sugar.It is also necessary to continue to increase the complexity of the measured object in the physical model of blood glucose detection so that the measurement value will be closer to the actual value. |
