ObjectiveBased on the comparative analysis of total knee arthroplasty(TKA)with or without posterior cruciate ligament preservation,we studied and discussed the treatment of knee osteoarthritis with different degrees,so as to provide a clinical basis for the selection of operative methods for department of orthopedics clinicians.MethodsFrom January 2016 to January 2018 In China Japan Union Hospital of Jilin University for knee osteoarthritis underwent total knee arthroplasty in the treatment of patients with the clinical data of 36 cases, according to surgery were divided into PCL group(CR group)and PCL group(PS group). The muscle strength of both lower limbs of all patients was in grade IV-V,and all operations were performed by the same senior physician. When the operation record the bleeding volume and operation time, degree of knee joint activity measurements before and after surgery(ROM)and joint line(JL),the two groups of patients with visual analogue scale(VAS)score and the American Knee Society score(AKS).The data were analyzed with SPSS17.0 statistical software, measurement data with x + s(standard deviation)said, with t test results were compared between the two groups,P < 0.05 was considered statistically significant differences, the test level is ɑ=0.05.ResultTwo groups of patients were followed up.The amount of bleeding in group CR patients slightly less than the PS group, with statistical significance(P < 0.05),while in the operation time, preoperative and postoperative knee joint activity has no statistical significance(P > 0.05),but the CR group after operation the knee joint activity is smaller relative to the PS group;CR group after 3 days,1 weeks and 1months VAS score was significantly less than those in group PS,with statistical significance(P < 0.05),but after 3 months,6 months,12 months VAS score and PS group had no significant difference,no statistical significance(P > 0.05).There was no significant difference in AKS score between the two groups after the last follow-up(P > 0.05).Conclusions1.the amount of bleeding in CR patients was slightly smaller than the group PS patients.2.The group PS patients were superior to the group CR patients in postoperative knee joint activity.3.The group CR patients were superior to the group PS patients in postoperative joint line changes.4.There were no significant differences between CR and PS in two aspects of VAS pain score and AKS knee joint score.
