Objectives: Screening of abnormal lung DNA methylation genes in Uygur pigeons.Providing clues for mechanism of pigeon in further study.Methods: We selected 12 cases(4 cases of pigeons,4 cases of negative control group cases,and 4 cases of normal control group)according to inclusion and exclusion criteria,the whole blood samples be used to taken DNA.To screening DNA methylation with pigeons by using Illumina Human Methylation 450 K.Results:(1)A vs B: a total of 226 CpG loci were different at the level of methylation,and there were 138 differences in the number of methylation genes.The GO analysis lists 21 different categories of genetic functional categories.9 differentially methylated gene pathways were obtained after functional annotation and analysis of the KEGG pathway.(2)B vs C: a total of 260 CpG loci were different at the level of methylation,and there were 140 differences in the number of methylation genes.The GO analysis lists only 1 different categories of gene functional categories.1 differentially methylated gene pathways were obtained after functional annotation and analysis of the KEGG pathway.(3)B vs C: a total of 243 CpG loci were different at the level of methylation,and there were 109 differences in the number of methylation genes.The GO analysis lists 3 different categories of genetic functional categories.No differential methylation gene pathway was found after functional annotation and analysis of the KEGG pathway.(4)the screening of critical methylation loci: A vs B and A vs C intersect analysis,B vs A and B vs intersect analysis,38 B 47 and 49 gene fragments.Conclusions: For further study of differentially methylated genes provides a theoretical basis for the pathogenesis of lung in Xinjiang Uygur pigeons.However,the abnormal methylation gene provides a theoretical basis for the lung mechanism of Uygur pigeons.To obtain more comprehensive and accurate results,but also need to further expand the sample size for analysis and verification.
