| Objective(s):To investigate the clinical efficacy and incidence of postoperative complications of sigmoid colon and ileal neobladder after radical cystectomy, and to compare the prevention and treatment of perioperative and postoperative complications. Methods:The present study retrospectively analyzed the clinical treatment of bladder cancer patients undergoing urology from the Second Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University from January 2015 to January 2017 in 64 patients undergoing bladder total ileosulectomy and sigmoid neointestinal urinary diversion. There were 24 ileal in situ neobladder group and 40 sigmoid colon neo-bladder group. The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, number of blood transfusions, postoperative hospital stay, extubation time,neo-bladder volume, urine control, and remnant were compared between the two groups. The urine volume, the early and long-term important complications, analysis of its causes, prevention and treatment methods. Results:In this study,64 patients were followed up 62 cases,follow-up rate was 96.8%,2 cases of ileal neo-bladder group lost to follow-up,0 cases of sigmoid neo-bladder group lost follow-up,postoperative follow-up 6-12 months,an average follow-up of 12±2.2 months. The patient had a smooth operation and had a good postoperative recovery. All were discharged. There was no significant difference in age, gender, and clinical stage between the two groups;the sigmoid colon neo-bladder group had significantly lower operative time, indwelling catheter time, and postoperative hospital stay than the ileum group(p<0.05).There was no significant difference in the number of patients and the number of blood transfusions. There was no significant difference in the postoperative total complication rate between the two groups.Postoperative urinary control was achieved in both groups. The daytime urinary control was 85%-90%,and the nighttime was 60%-63.6%.There was no statistical difference in urine control(p>0.05).After measuring the neo-bladder volume, the ileal neo-bladder volume was larger than the neo-bladder volume of the sigmoid colon(p<0.05),but the sigmoid colon had less residual urine volume than the ileal neobladder(p<0.05). |
