Study On The Standard Decoction Of 12 Kinds Of Chinese Herbal Pieces

In this paper,12 kinds of quality standard of standard decoction such as Gastrodiae Rhizoma,Angelicae Pubescentis Radix,Dictamni Cortex,Prunellae Spica,and Fry Arctii Fructus were studied in order to standardized the different forms of clinical medicine,provide a reference for related research and data support.The standard decoction was prepared according to the preparation process of the standard decoction of Chinese Herbal Medicine;The content of index components in each decoction piece and corresponding standard decoction was determined by HPLC method,and the transfer rate was calculated.At the same time,the pH value of the standard decoction,the total solid and the characteristic spectrum were carried out.In this study,16 batches of Gastrodiae Rhizoma standard decoction were prepared,in which the transfer rate of gastrodin and p-hydroxybenzylalcohol should be more than 90%,the pH value ranged from 2.5 to 5.7,and the total solid ranged from 0.37 g to 0.98 g.The similarity of 16 batches of Gastrodiae Rhizoma standard decoction was more than 0.9.14 batches of Angelicae Pubescentis Radia standard decoction were prepared,in which the transfer rate of osthole was 2.3%to 10.1%,columbianadin transfer rated from 2.3%to 12.2%,the pH value ranged from 5.1 to 5.8,and the total solid ranged from 0.63 g to 1.09 g.The similarity of 14 batches of Angelicae Pubescentis Radia standard decoction was more than 0.9.16 batches of Dictamni Cortex standard decoction were prepared,in which the transfer rate of obacunone was 30.9%to 56.3%,the transfer rate of fraxinellone was 31.9%to 52.4%,the pH value ranged from 4.9 to 6.0,and the total solid ranged from 0.34 g to 0.53 g.The similarity of 16 batches of Dictamni Cortex standard decoction was more than 0.9.14 batches of Prunellae Spica standard decoction were prepared,in which the transfer rate of rosmarinic acid was 36.8%to 81.2%,the pH value ranged from 5.5 to 5.9,and the total solid ranged from 0.19 g to 0.28 g.The similarity of 14 batches of Prunellae Spica standard decoction was more than 0.9.17 batches of Fry Arctii Fructus standard decoction were prepared,in which the transfer rate of arctiin was 42.4%to 65.3%,the pH value ranged from 5.4 to 6.9,and the total solid ranged from 0.20 g to 0.37 g.The similarity of 17 batches of Fry Arctii Fructus standard decoction was more than 0.9.15 batches of Citri Sarcodactylis Fructus standard decoction were prepared,in which the transfer rate of hesperidin was 10.6%to 33.9%,the pH value ranged from 4.1 to 4.5,and the total solid ranged from 0.57 g to 0.71 g.The similarity of 15 batches of Citri Sarcodactylis Fructus standard decoction was more than 0.9.13 batches of Cistanches Herba standard decoction were prepared,in which the transfer rate of echinacoside and acteoside were 17.1%to 97.9%,the pH value ranged from 4.7 to 5.5,and the total solid ranged from 0.70 g to 1.02 g.The similarity of 13 batches of Cistanches Herba standard decoction was more than 0.9.12 batches of Mori Folium standard decoction were prepared,in which the transfer rate of rutin was 16.8%to 47.9%,the pH value ranged from 5.6 to 6.7,and the total solid ranged from 0.38 g to 0.58 g.The similarity of 12 batches of Mori Folium standard decoction was more than 0.9.15 batches of Rhodiolae Crenulatae Radix et Rhizoma standard decoction were prepared,in which the transfer rate of salidroside was 33.4%to 75.2%,the pH value ranged from 4.0 to 4.8,and the total solid ranged from 0.25 g to 0.55 g.The similarity of 15 batches of Rhodiolae Crenulatae Radix et Rhizoma standard decoction was more than 0.9.17 batches of Lycopi Herba standard decoction were prepared,in which the pH value ranged from 4.9 to 5.3,and the total solid ranged from 0.32 g to 0.51 g.The similarity of 17 batches of Lycopi Herba standard decoction was more than 0.9.13 batches of Glehniae Radia standard decoction were prepared,in which the pH value ranged from 4.0 to 5.7,and the total solid ranged from 0.37 g to 0.63 g.The similarity of 13 batches of Glehniae Radia standard decoction was more than 0.9.13 batches of Mori Cortex standard decoction were prepared,in which the pH value ranged from 4.7 to 6.8,and the total solid ranged from 0.17 g to 0.26 g.The similarity of 13 batches of Mori Cortex standard decoction was more than 0.85.Based on the above research,12 kinds of quality standard of Chinese herbal medicine standard decoction were established,which can provide reference and data support for the research of Chinese herbal medicine formula granule and other forms of medication and standardization of Chinese medicine,and which is conducive to achieve unified supervision and management.
