[Background]MRI has been widely used to diagnose diseases and became the important hardware to sustain the development of modern hospital.The performance of MRI determines the quality of its application,which influences the level of clinical diagnosis and the treatment effect directly as well as the health and safety of patients and medical workers.Safe and reliable operation of MRI equipment requires quality control to provide technical assurance.The well-developed health care countries such as the Europe and America carried out the quality control of MRI according to the standard guide published by ACR,AAPM,MENA and the auxiliary facilities such as ACR phantom,AAPM phantom,MagphanSMR170 phantom system.There are large numbers of MRI equipment in our country which is rapidly increasing and widely distributed.And the daily quality control is mainly completed by the Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision and the Medical Measurement Stations,resulted in a long period,high cost,low efficiency,low timeliness and regulatory lag of quality control.Therefore,pursuing high quality is one of major demands in our country in the new era.And carrying out researches on the ore index and key technology of remote quality control of MRI is rightly needed in the development of the new era medical technology and clinical work.[Objective]Considering the current situation of quality control in some medical institutions in Hubei Province and the outstanding problems as well as the pursuing high quality of health care technology in the new era,this paper made researches on the core index and key technology of remote quality control of MRI.The research aim at developing the quality and efficiency of quality control of MRI,decreasing occur of adverse events,reducing the health care risk,ensuring the clinical application quality of MRI,developing the level of medical diagnosis,promoting the realization of ’precise health care’.At the same time,it will provide a reliable way and strong demonstration for the realization of remote quality control of large health care device.[Method]By Us:ing the methods of Literature Analysis and Non-standardized Interview we understood the indexes and factors that affect the performance of MRI.Then we designed the export questionnaires and made two rounds of consultation and feedback according to the standard Delphi method,to determine the core indicators of remote quality control of MRI.According to the actual investigation and the principle of Process Reengineering,as well as the features of remote quality control technology,we selected the MagphanSMR170 phantom to create on-site testing process of the MRI remote quality control.After that we made research about data collection,packaging,transmission and analysis and response of the quality control of MRI based on BS Model as well as Threshold Segmentation,binarization arithmetics,Otsu Threshold and other basic mathematic method including many modern network information technology such as ETL,ExtJS,C#,Visual Studio,MySQL.At last we use Exce12007 and SPSS20 software to make statistical analysis.[Results]This study filtrated 15 core detecting indicators such as Signal to Noise Ratio,.image uniformity and spatial linearity by Delphic Method.Then we created the on-site testing process of remote quality control of MRI by MagphanSMR170 phantom.And we designed the process to realize the data collecting,packaging,transmission,automatic analysis and response of remote quality control data of MRI by Using modern network technology.[Conclusion]The core indexes of remote quality control of MRI by this study can reflect the quality status of MRI reliably and comprehensive.The key technology of remote quality control of MRI by this study can remotely evaluate the application quality of MRI.The system ensures the high quality,high efficiency and convenient of the quality control of MRI,which contributes to reduce the medical risk,improves the quality control of MRI and promotes the realization of ’precise health care’.
