| The purpose of this study was to understand the current status of non-disease leave during pregnancy and to investigate the causes of non-disease leave during pregnancy.To understand the post setting of pediatric nurses in the hospital,and to provide guarantees for the implementation and smooth implementation of post-pregnancy post adjustment plans for pediatric nurses.To scientifically set up pediatric nurses’positions,reasonably allocate pediatric nursing human resources,reduce the number of non-disease leave during pregnancy,reduce unreasonable expenditures on labor costs,stabilize the quality of clinical care,and provide reference for patients’medical and nursing safety.This study is mainly divided into five parts.The preface introduced the research background,purpose,significance,methods,related concepts and technology roadmap of this article.The second part reviewed the literature on the status of non-disease leave during pregnancy and nurse job placement.The third part discussed the status of non-disease leave during pregnancy and the impact of vacations on hospitals.The hospital’s internal schedule attendance system was used to retrieve the circumstance of pediatric nurses’pregnancy during2011-2016,according to academic qualifications,length of leave,and age.Statistical data on grading,energy levels,professional titles,and administrative positions found that pediatric nurses accounted for 80.66%of the total number of pediatric leave during pregnancy,and that the average number of days of sick leave per pregnant nursing staff was(178±0.37)days.In addition,annually,83 pediatric nurses were be recruited during 2011-2016,and 100 normalized training students were be recruited from 2012.This resulted in a significant increase in the labor cost of the hospital.The fourth part investigated the wishes of pediatric nurses during pregnancy and the causes of vacation leave.A“Pediatric Nurses’Pregnancy Survey Questionnaire”formed through expert consultation was adopted to conduct a cluster sampling of all nurses in a pediatric ward of a three-tiered A-level women and children specialist hospital in Chengdu.A survey conducted by 378 people and found that the proportion of pediatric nurses’willingness to take non-disease leave during pregnancy was as high as 93.77%.The main reasons that affect the pediatric nurses’leave during pregnancy were night shifts,work intensity,family concerns that work may affect fetal health,and lack of rest time at noon,don’t like work departments or jobs and hospitals check too often,work hours too early and work may be exposed to toxic and hazardous substances and other aspects.Besides,if these factors were removed,more than half of the nursing staff were willing to continue to work.The fifth part is the design and implementation of the post adjustment program for pediatric nurses.Analyzed the causes of non-disease leave during pregnancy and the responsibilities and qualifications of existing pediatric nurses in the hospital,and eliminate the pediatric nurses’night duty during pregnancy to avoid checking and assessment,increase the number of night-time hospital nurses on duty,rotate the pediatric nurses’work positions,adopt flexible schedules,and link the leave conditions with evaluations,etc.,to adjust job opportunities and requirements during pregnancy.After implementation of the adjustment measures,the number of non-disease leave during pregnancy decreased by 33.99%,X~2=7.95,P<0.01;the willingness to fall fell by 79.06 percentage points,fell to 14.71%,X~2=467.35,P<0.01;at the same time,the pregnancy society Support increased.Therefore,combining the current macro-environment and the actual situation of the hospital’s pediatric nurses during the post-pregnancy post adjustment program,will help reduce the pediatric nurses during the pregnancy holiday wishes and vacation rates,hospital managers to facilitate the management of pediatric nursing human resources,reduce labor costs. |
