Objective:To investigate the value of serum Cystatin(CysC),serum retinol binding Protein(RBP)and serum β2-microglobulin(P2-MG)in the early diagnosis of patients with Chronic kidney disease. Methods:A total of 122 patients with Chronic kidney disease(CKD stage I,stage II)were enrolled in this study from April 2013 to May 2016 in our hospital for nephrotic hospitalization and outpatient visits. At the same time,The center selected 158 patients with healthy volunteers who had age and sex matched with Chronic kidney disease. The differences of CysC,RBP,β2-MG,SCr and BUN were analyzed between the two groups and the differences between CysC,RBP and β2-MG in different stages of CKD were analyzed. Results:In the CKDII groups,CysC,RBP,P2-MG combind with CKD I group were heve statistically significant(P<0.05).CKD I,II SCr and CysC,RBP,β2-MG were correlated(P<0.05).The sensitivity and positive rate of the three indexes in CKDI and II patients were significantly higher than those of CysC,RBP and β2-MG single test(P<0.05).CysC,β2-MG at MCD level was basically negative and RBP positive.Different pathological types of CKD are different in the early stage,so joint monitoring can improve the positive rate and reduce the missed diagnosis rate. Conclusion:Combined detection of serum CysC,RBP,(32-MG can improve the sensitivity of patients with chronic kidney disease diagnosis, reduce other interference factors, greatly improve the accuracy of early detection of chronic kidney disease, early detection of chronic kidney disease, effective To delay the progression of the disease, can reduce the pain caused by the disease, worthy of clinical promotion.
