| With the continuous development of information construction in TCM,the information system of TCM is booming.More and more clinical application data,the size of the database and the accumulation of information resource are daily on the increase.The use of modern information technology and methods to carry out TCM-related research on these data has become a current research trend,and data analysis and mining of Chinese medicine is one of the more active filed.However,many problems have been encountered in the analysis and research using these data.Complete,accurate,and standardized information description,easy-to-understand information representation and timely information processing and exchange affect information organization,sharing and utilization,possibly causing inconvenience to the clinical treatment and application of Chinese medicines,drug safety,and scientific research management.The reason for this is that the data processing,the standardization of information,and the lack of standardization are the bottlenecks in its processing and utilization.Therefore,the rational and effective organization of information and its specification is a prerequisite for the application of modern scientific and technological methods for its analysis,processing and utilization.Information classification coding is an important and effective technical method for optimizing information organization in the field.It is an important prerequisite and basis classification system and coding system so that clinical information data of traditional Chinese medicines are standardized,structured,digitized,more complete and closer to reality,and more helpful.Objective:The purpose of this article is to systematically summarize,standardize and express the clinical information of traditional Chinese medicine,and finally establish a basic information classification framework and coding system for traditional Chinese medicine to make it systematic,organized,and structured.This research will provide systematic and standardized data standard basis for the research,clinical research in the field of Chinese pharmacy,clinical information management in hospitals,and clinical drug information in medical records of traditional Chinese medicine,and meets the needs of relevant parties.Methods:Based on the existing information and standardization studies of traditional Chinese medicine,and in accordance with the requirements of the national standard GB/T 7027-2002 "Basic principles and methods for information classification and coding," Under the guidance of clinical pharmacy theory,the clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine is the main line.Starting from the current status of clinical information research of traditional Chinese medicine and the need for future development,the research on the construction of clinical information classification and coding system of traditional Chinese medicine is carried out.This research uses literature research methods,field investigation methods,expert consultation methods,and integrated integration methods to analyze and standardize the development of for storing,processing,exchanging and sharing information in computers.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out studies on the classification and coding of clinical medicine information and establish a conceptually unified,hierarchically structured information standardization of traditional Chinese medicine and the general information classification of traditional Chinese medicine,and clarify the information classification coding in the standardization of construction.After basic and important role,after understanding the basic theories of clinical medicine,mastering classification and coding related technologies,and drawing on the research experience of the industry’s internal and external coding systems,we collect and sort out clinical information about traditional Chinese medicine,conduct analysis and research,and then determine clinical Chinese medicine information classification methods and coding principles,complete the clinical Chinese medicine information classification system and coding structure design.Results:According to the basic technical requirements of standardized science and taxonomy,and based on the relevant standards and regulations issued by the state,the framework of the design of clinical information classification system of traditional Chinese medicine is completed by using top-down and top-up methods,and 5 categories are established.28 A classification framework and a number of detailed categories of clinical information classification framework for traditional Chinese medicines;and a 5-layer,11-digit isometric encoding structure system composed of letters and numbers is designed,and a clinical medicine information classification code table is developed.By extracting prescription data from traditional Chinese medicine hospital electronic medical record system and using traditional Chinese medicine standard information classification code database data,an analytical model of traditional Chinese medicine prescription data is established to explore the application of clinical information classification code of traditional Chinese medicine in traditional Chinese medicine prescription data structure.Conclusion:The constructed clinical information classification and coding system of traditional Chinese medicine can serve the actual needs of clinical Chinese pharmaceutical research and clinical information management of traditional Chinese medicine,laying the foundation for computer identification,processing,multi-angle mining and utilization of clinical information on traditional Chinese medicine.In addition,this study provides a standard support for the informatization and standardization research in the field of traditional Chinese medicine and is an important basic work for the informatization of traditional Chinese medicine.However,the content of the classification system needs to be continuously optimized. |
