Objective:Objective to investigate the diagnostic value of 99mTc-pertechnetate SPECT dynamic salivary gland scintigraphy at different scanning time in SS.Methods:A total of 147 patients, from May 2015 to June 2016 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University, who suspected Sjogren’s syndrome, underwent 99mTc-pertechnetate SPECT dynamic salivary gland scintigraphy in nuclear medicine department.A group of 55 people scanned 35minutes,B group of 92 people scanned 15 minutes.By using the diagnostic criteria of AECG in 2002,chi-square test was used to compare the diagnostic efficacy of 99mTc-pertechnetate SPECT dynamic salivary gland scintigraphy and MSGB.By using the 2012 ACR diagnostic standard as the standard,chi-square was used to analyze diagnostic value in salivary gland scintigraphy between groups A and B.Using independent sample t-test to find whether there are differences between parotid and submandibular glands’accumulate and excrete function in groups A and B.P<0.05 has statistically significant haste. Results:The sensitivity of 99mTc-pertechnetate SPECT dynamic salivary gland scintigraphy and MSGB in the diagnosis of SS was 96.55%and 70.11%,respectively.The former was significantly higher than the latter(?2=76.664,P<0.05).The sensitivity, specificity and concordance rate of groups A and B group were 86.8%,29.4%,69.1%and 91.2%,14.2%,62%,respectively.The sensitivity of group B was higher than that of group A(?2=35.782,P<0.05=.In parotid glands’uptake parameters,Tmax of groups of A and B were 17.76±6.82 and 9.59±0.76,the difference was statistically significant(t=7.358,P<0.05=;MAR,EAR,UR of groups A and B were 0.82±0.22,8.25±37.0,25.27±127.79 and 0.79±0.23,1.10±0.50,12.76±124.83,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Parotid glands’excretion parameters,EER,EF,MER,the remainder ratio and Tmin in groups A and B were 0.29±0.33,0.45±0.14,0.71±0.33,0.83±0.38,5.83±3.16 and 0.07±0.22,1.01±0.19,0.93±0.22,2.20±1.40,1.08±0.32,the differences were statistical significance(P<0.05=.Submandibular glands’uptake parameters,EAR,Tmax in groups A and B were 1.34±0.31,20.34±4.16 and 1.53±0.42,8.39±1.63,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05=;MAR,UR in groups A and B were 0.37±0.18,1.73±0.66 and 0.36±0.21,1.73±0.60,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).MER,residual ratio and Tmin in groups A and B were 0.16±0.17,1.05±0.30,5.59±3.30 and 0.09±0.13,2.79±1.23,1.02±0.16,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);EER,EF in groups A and B were 0.99±0.13,0.86±0.17 and 0.99±0.09,0.91±0.13,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusions:99mTc-pertechnetate SPECT dynamic salivary gland scintigraphy has high diagnostic value for SS,and the 15min scanning method is superior to 35min scanning. When the diagnosis of SS is made, scanning time in15min has higher application value,it is suggested that the scanning time of the dynamic segment of the salivary gland is shortened to 10min.
