Training clinical practice ability of medical students is the key task in medical education,and clinical thinking training is the most basic and important teaching content in clinical practice.Clinical thinking ability is mainly trained by clinical practice.However,it is difficult to meet the needs of medical students for limited clinical practice teaching resources with the increased enrollment of Medical College.Clinical thinking training has reached the bottlenecks.The establishment of clinical thinking training system can solve the problems that lacking of clinical experience,insufficient training opportunities and limited time and space of autonomous learning.The clinical thinking training system is a dynamic simulation of the process of diagnosis and treatment.Medical students can experience the reality of clinical diagnosis and treatment,so that to achieve the purpose of training clinical practice.Therefore,this study designed and implemented the clinical thinking training system based on Web technology,in order to train the clinical thinking ability of medical students.The clinical thinking training system adopted the web development technology based on ASP.NET.System architecture used MVC model,thedatabase used SQL Server 2010.The system used C# as the development language with the idea of Object-Oriented Programming.According to the incremental model to develop the system,the development processes included the demand analysis,the architecture design,the functional modular design,the database design,the independent implementation between modules,the independent testing between modules and the system integration testing.In the stage of demand analysis of system,taking the medical students and teachers as the object to analyze the user needs in detail.Then designing the three-tier architecture of Model-View-Controller from the system design goals and principles.The database adopted the the third paradigm design specification,which reduced data redundancy.And designing four function modules that included the user management module,the case management module,the clinical diagnosis and treatment module and the system evaluation module.The user management module was taken into account the authority problem to design three levels of users which included the student,the teacher and the administrator.The case management module was divided into case information collection,entry,classification and index.The clinical diagnosis and treatment module realized the simulation of the clinical diagnosis and treatment environment,and the process design was divided into five stages: the inquiry,the physical examination,the auxiliary examination,the diagnosis result and the treatment.The function of the system evaluation module was to make a scientific and objective evaluation of the clinical diagnosis and treatment process with the core idea of the approximate string matching algorithm.In this study,studying the theoretical knowledge of exact string matching and approximate string matching and analyzing the research results of semantic similarity calculation methods.Then,proposing a new algorithm for computingtext similarity based on approximate string matching.The algorithm verified the text semantic similarity from three levels of keyword matching,edit distance calculation and text length adaptation.And verified the validity of the algorithm in semantic similarity detection by experiment.Finally,integrating the four independent functional modules and making a test against the system function and the internal logic structure.In summary,this study realized the development and design of clinical thinking training system based on Web technology,and the system was conducted a trial in clinical teaching.The feedback of trial showed that the system has achieved good results in clinical thinking training.In a word,the clinical thinking training system had significant application value,and it could be used for the training of clinical thinking ability in medical colleges,so that to help medical students to improve their clinical thinking ability.
