Clinical Observation On TongLuo Decoction Retention Enema With Xuefuzhuyu Oral Tablets Treatment For Blood Stasis Type Of Oviduct Obstructive Infertility

Objective:To observe the treatment of oviduct obstructive infertility of blood stasis type with Tongluo Decoction performed by means of retention enema combined with Xuefuzhuyu tablets,explore its mechanism and advantage and provide a new way of thinking for the clinical treatment of infertility caused by oviduct obstruction.Methods :(1)90 cases of infertility patients due to oviduct obstruction were randomly assigned to treatment group,control group 1 and control group 2.(2)Treatment group was treated with Tongluo Decoction performed by means of retention enema combined with Xuefuzhuyu tablets for oral administration,control group 1 with Tongluo Decoction performed by means of retention enema and control group 2 with Xuefuzhuyu tablets.(3)After treatment,it is the tubal reversal,pregnancy rate and changes of clinical syndrome and symptom score that were adopted as observation indexes.(4)Three groups were treated for 3 menstrual cycles.Use statistical methods to contrast and compare among groups before and after the treatment and determine curative effect eventually.Results:(1)The 3 groups showed no significant differences in general date and baseline conditions(p > 0.05).(2)Comparison of tubal reversal rate: the total effective rate of the disease in the treatment group was 85.71%,group 1 was 50.00% and group 2 was31.03%,so there were significant differences among them in the rate of tubal reversal(p<0.05)(treatment group >group1> group2).(3)Comparison of pregnancy rate: after treatment,the pregnancy rate of the treatment group was 57.14%,group1 was 26.67% and group2 was 3.45%,which indicated that three groups showed significant differences in the rate of pregnancy(p<0.05)(treatment group > group 1> group 2).(4)In the aspect of improving the clinical symptoms: The three groups after treatment symptom scores were lower than before,which suggested they can improve TCM Syndrome.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.86%,group 1 was 63.33% and group 2 was 31.03%,which showed significant differences between them in the aspect of improving the clinical symptoms(p<0.05)(treatment group > group 1> group 2).(5)In the aspect of improving local signs: The three groups after treatment local signs scores were lower than before,which suggested they can improve local signs.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 89.28%,group 1 was 70.00% and group 2 was 27.59%,which showed significant differences between them in the aspect of improving the clinical symptoms(p<0.05)(treatment group > group 1> group 2).(6)No obvious adverse reactions were detected in the period among patients of three groups.Conclusion:(1)Tongluo Decoction performed by means of retention enema combined with Xuefuzhuyu tablets is safe and effective in the treatment of oviduct obstructive infertility.(2)The treatment effect with just Tongluo Decoction performed by means of retention enema is higher compared with herbal administration only.(3)Internal and external treatment can improve pregnancy rate,which effectively improves the condition of patients with fallopian tube obstruction,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndromes as well as local signs.The curative effect of internal and external treatment is superior to herbal administration or retention Enema only,which is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
