The Clinical Research Of Treatment With "HuayuTang" On Mass Of Ectopic Pregnancy

Objective:Through clinical observation of the “ Huayu Tang” on mass of ectopic pregnancy,evaluate it therapeutical effect about relieve clinical symptoms,eliminate or reduce the mass of ectopic pregnancy,resume the function of fallopian tube and reduceβ-HCG,To provide new clues for clinical medicine and clinical practice of the mass of ectopic pregnancy.Methods:In this study,we Collected 120 cases of patients with tumor of ectopic pregnancy from December 2015 to December 2016 came from Huoxuehuayu institute of Shanxi Province and divided them into the treatment group and control group(n = 40)With random number table.Two groups respectively "HuayuTang" and "Guizhifulingwan" oral treatment for 6 weeks to Observe curative effect of two groups of patients and pretherapy or post-treatment,and the above comprehensive therapeutic evaluation.Results:1.General information about cases in this study : 80 patients were included in this study,each group has 40 cases,3 cases of treatment group aren’t Time to review in accordance with stipulations.in the control group,1 patient β-HCG rise again,3 cases not review according to stipulations time,according to the case fall off and excluding standard,37 cases in treatment group and control group 36 cases.2.Before treatment,the age,the longest diameter of pelvic mass,β-HCG,TCM syndrome score,course of disease,pregnancy times,the number of abortions of patients,after statistical analysis,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).3.The comprehensive curative effect after treatment:Treatment group recovered 15 people,13 people were markedly effective,effective 7,2 invalid,effective rate was94.59%.The control group recovered 9 people,8 people,13 people effectively,invalid 6peoplethe effective rate was 83.33%.curative effect of treatment group is better than the4.control group(P < 0.05).5.Pelvic mass:Pelvic mass of Treatment group patient cured 20 people,The control group recovered 10 people and cured time treatment group was obviously shorter than the control group(P < 0.05).6.β-HCG:Two groups of patients with all returned to normal,But the two groups of β-HCG used recovery time no statistical difference(P >0.05).7.The efficacy of TCM syndrome: The syndrome score of the two groups of patients were decreased,the effective rate of the treatment group was 97.30%,the effective rate of the control group was 83.78%,and the treatment group was better than the control group(P< 0.05).7.Fallopian tube:Oviduct imaging examination in patients with two groups of mass cured,treatment group patency rate was 60%,the control group patency rate was 20%,the pelvic mass disappears after tubal patency rate Huayu Decoction group than the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Huayu Tang in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy mass period has no obvious adverse reaction,safe,low price,Can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of abdominal pain,vaginal bleeding,promote mass absorption elimination,improve the fallopian tube patency,restore the function of fallopian tube,the reproductive ability of patients with retained the greatest degree of ectopic pregnancy,which is worthy of clinical application.
