A Shallow Probe Into Origin And Development Of Acupuncture Manipulation

Research Objective:Through literature retrieval,the acupuncture manipulation of ancient literature was summed up and the origin of acupuncture manipulation was combed,and the common acupuncture manipulation,the range of acupuncture adaptation,and the stimulation of acupuncture at each period were counted.Research Material and method:Literature review method is used to review the relevant research literatures.The data mining technology and the Excel 2010 version are used to establish the database,and the data are analyzed according to the common acupuncture manipulation,the range of acupuncture adaptation,the stimulation of acupuncture,the needle and so on.The relevant information is analyzed by the method of combining computer with artificial phase,and the effective information is excavated.Research Content:The literature of ancient Chinese books involved in acupuncture manipulation was studied in detail.The literature was collected in CNKI,Wan Fang,superstar and so on.The 5 paragraph(the spring and autumn and the Warring States and the Warring States period and the period of the Qin and Han to the north and South Dynasties;Sui,Tang,song,yuan and Ming Dynasties;the period of the Qing Dynasty to the Republic of China;from 1949 to the Republic of China),the time axis was preface to describe the representative acupuncture techniques that appeared in each period,and a transverse summary of the therapeutic effects of the use of acupuncture at each period in clinical practice.The effect mechanism of acupuncture manipulation,the difference between the development of acupuncture manipulation in each period,the process of evolution,the similarities and differences of various techniques of acupuncture and the mechanism of the treatment of the same disease by different manipulations were discussed,and the characteristics of the acupuncture manipulation in the treatment of the disease were summarized.Research Significance:1.acupuncture manipulationBefore the spring and Autumn period and the Warring States period,acupuncture techniques mainly included "nine needling","Twelve needling","five needling" and "three needling".Needles commonly used are needles,bone needles,bamboo needles,bronze needles,and ancient nine needles.During the period of Qin Dynasty to the southern and Northern Dynasties,acupuncture techniques added 4 kinds of reinforcing and reducing techniques,four time needling,light shifting and positioning,and thirteen methods.Needle needles were inherited from nine needles and silver needles appeared.During the period of the Sui and Ming Dynasties,the acupuncture manipulation includes 25 kinds of single manipulation,21 compound methods and 26 kinds of acupuncture manipulation,24 kinds of reinforcing and reducing techniques,and the "method" in the fourteen kinds of finger filling methods.Another method is "pressing Qi to pass the menstruation","penetrating needling and flat needling" and "treating eight diseases".In addition,there are 17 kinds of acupuncture manipulation,such as the eight method of tortoise.In the name,"burnt needles" were changed to "fire needles",and the practical value of "ancient nine needles" was gradually reduced,and beryllium needles were eliminated and no new needles appeared.During the period of the Qing Dynasty and the Republic of China,the acupuncture manipulation included 5 basic techniques,14 auxiliary techniques,18 compound manipulations,9 kinds of reinforcing and reducing techniques,and an advocacy of gas needling and so on,and eight new needling methods were created.In terms of needles,Hua Tuo and other"needle" fillet needles appeared,and the nine needles developed into modern needles.Since 1949,routine acupuncture techniques include 7 kinds of single hand needles,6 kinds of reinforcing and reducing techniques,including twisting,reinforcing and reducing.There are 33 kinds of modern acupuncture equipment,such as TDP and 25 kinds of modern acupuncture and moxibustion instruments,which are commonly used in clinic.To sum up and standardize the needling techniques of various doctors,it is concluded that there are 24 single manipulations,23 the two interval of acupuncture.3.acupuncture indicationsBefore the spring and Autumn period and the Warring States period,the main diseases included:internal diseases such as diseases,mental disorders such as women,birth,pediatrics,and insanity.During the period of the Qin Dynasty to the southern and Northern Dynasties,the indications of the disease extended to more than 200 syndromes,involving the ear,nose,throat and Ophthalmology,and new symptoms such as recurrent pulse and autopsy.Sui to the Ming Dynasty:the indications for treatment included head and face pain,internal diseases,miscellaneous diseases,and gynecologic diseases.There were about 113 kinds of diseases,including seven hernias,kidney and kidney.During the period of the Qing Dynasty and Republic of China,there were 15 kinds of surgical diseases,injury,sore,block,rash,ventilator disease,9 kinds of hemopathy and heart disease,3 kinds of motor diseases,34 kinds of neuropathy,16 kinds of brain nerve diseases,legal infectious diseases and acute infectious diseases.From 1949 to now,acupuncture has adapted to the disease syndrome,including 8 kinds of sciatica,28 kinds of internal medical diseases,11 kinds of gynecologic diseases,7 kinds of pediatric diseases,18 kinds of diseases in the Department of Traumatology,10 kinds of diseases,5 new kinds of emergency,and 6 kinds of new syndrome,such as chronic fatigue syndrome.
