Clinical Study Of Jiangzhi Tongluo Soft Capsule On Triglyceride In Patients With Primary Hyperlipidemia(Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Syndrome)

Objective:To observe the effect of Jiangzhi Tongluo Capsule on the Protection of traditional Chinese medicine(extended period ’of protection),and to observe the effect of Jiangzhi Tongluo soft capsule on the symptoms of Chinese medicine and triglyceride(TG)in the patients with primary hyperlipidemia(qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome),and objectively evaluate the treatment of primary hyperlipidemia with Jiangzhi Tongluo soft caPsule.The effectiveness and safety of syndrome(qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome).Methods:64 cases of primary hyperlipidemia(qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome)in the Second Affiliated HosPital of Heilongjiang University Of Chinese Medicine from March 2016 to December 2016 were randomly divided into 2 groups,32 in the experimental group and 32 in the control group,with a proportion of 1:1.The test group was given the capsule of Jiangzhi Tongluo soft capsule:2 grains a time and 3 times a day.The caPsules of Pu Shen capsule were taken orally:4 grains a day and 3 times a day,and the control group was given oral capsules of pu Shen:4 grains a time and 3 times a day,2 granules,3 times a day.The treatment course was 12 weeks.Observation group and control group were observed in each visit Period(zeroth days,fourth weeks + 3 days,eighth weeks + 3 days,Twelfth weeks + 5 days),the improvement of TCM symptom score and the changes of TG measured value were used to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of Jiangzhi Tongluo soft capsule.Result:1.The level of TG in the control group was decreased after 4,8 and 12 weeks,and there was a positive correlation with the treatment time.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of TG in the treatment group was decreased after 4,8 and 12 weeks,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the treatment grouP was treated with the treatment.After treatment for 4,8 and 12 weeks,the level of TG decreased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.The score of TCM symptoms in the control group was reduced after 4,8 and 12 weeks,and there was a positive correlation with the treatment time.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment group was treated with a positive correlation with the treatment time after 4,8 and 12 weeks,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the scores of TCM symptom scores in the experimental group decreased after 4,8 and 12 weeks of treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:by studying the treatment of Jiangzhi Tongluo soft capsule on Patients with Primary hyperlipidemia(qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome),the following conclusions are drawn as follows:1.Jiangzhi Tongluo soft capsule and pu Shen capsule can effectively improve the single symptom and TG level of the patients with primary hyperlipidemia(qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome),but the lowering of lipid and dredging collaterals is soft.The effect of capsule is more obvious.2.The effect of Jiangzhi Tongluo soft capsule on the symptoms of primary hyperlipidemia(qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome)is mainly with prickle in the preheart area,chest pain and irritation.
