Clinic Observation Of Regulating Governor Cupping For The Core Muscle Group Of The Waist And Back To The Recovery Of Balance Dysfunction After Stroke

Objective:To objectively evaluate the clinical effect of regulating governor cupping for the core muscle group of the waist and back to the recovery of balance dysfunction after stroke,and to explore an effective method to treat the balance dysfunction after stroke.Methods:60 patients with stroke balance dysfunction who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,each group of 30 cases,both groups were treated with basic treatment(Neurology Department symptomatic treatment,conventional acupuncture and routine rehabilitation treatment),the control group was treated by bilateral balance zone acupuncture treatment(balanced Area Acupuncture group),once Treatment a day,6 times a week,1 day of rest a week,4 weeks for 1 course.The treatment group was treated with the method of regulating governor cupping(referred to as the regulating governor cupping group),taking the cupping on the first line of the governor meridian and the bilateral bladder,and applying the technique,1 time with one day interval,3 times a week,one day for rest a weekly,4 weeks for 1 course.The therapeutic effect was evaluated by using the core Muscle group Strength score table,the Sheikh Trunk Control ability Score table,the Berg Balance function rating table and the improved Barthel index.Using statistical software SPSS22.0 to analyze the data.Results:1.In two groups,there was a significant improvement in the scores of the core Muscle group Strength before and after the treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),which indicated that the muscle strength of the core muscle group could be improved by the treatment of the regulating governor cupping treating group and the treatment of the balanced area acupuncture group,and the regulating governor cupping treating group was better than the acupuncture Group in the balance zone(P<0.05).2.There was a significant improvement in the Sheikh Trunk control ability score in two groups before and after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),which indicated that the control ability of trunk could be improved by the treatment of the regulating governor cupping treating group and the balanced area acupuncture group,and the regulating governor cupping treating group was better than the balanced area acupuncture group(P<0.05).3.There was a significant improvement in the scores of Berg balance function before and after treatment in two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),which indicated that the balance function could be improved by the treatment of the regulating governor cupping treating group and the balanced area acupuncture group,and the regulating and the regulating governor cupping treating group was better than the balanced area acupuncture group(P<0.05).4.The improved Barthel index score was significantly improved in two groups after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),which showed that both the regulating governor cupping treating group and the balanced area acupuncture group could improve the daily life ability,and the regulating governor cupping treating group was better than the balanced area acupuncture group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The regulating governor cupping treating group and the balanced area acupuncture group can improve the functional ability of stroke balance,and the regulating governor cupping treating group was better than the balanced area acupuncture group.2.The regulating governor cupping treating group can significantly improve the muscle strength of the core muscle group of the back of the waist,enhance the control ability of the trunk,thus improving the balance function and improving the daily life ability.
