Observe The Clinical Curative Effect Of Beimu Exiao Pills On Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis And The Influence On Cytokine Interleukin 17

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Beimu Exiao Pills on Hashimoto’s thyroiditis(HT)with blood stasis and phlegm coagulation,and the influence of Beimu Exiao Pills on the cytokine interleukin-17(IL-17);to discuss the possible mechanism of the therapeutical effect of Beimu Exiao Pills on Hashimoto’s thyroiditis with blood stasis and phlegm coagulation.Methods:To choose the patients who visited the Department of Endocrinology,the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2017 to October 2017,and who met the standards of research as research subjects.There were 46 cases of co-entry cases.The patients were all on the basis of low iodine diet given Beimu Exiao pills nine gram each time,three times a day orally,12 weeks of observation.Based on the treatment results of the cases,to analysis the influence of Beimu Exiao pills on the patients of the Chinese medicine syndrome score,the level of thyroid autoantibodies(TPO-Ab,TG-Ab),the cytokines IL-17,the thyroid size and other effective observation indicators and safe observation indicators.Results:1.TCM syndrome total score was decreased(P<0.01);2.The score of single symptom of TCM was decreased(P<0.05);3.Thyroid autoantibodies TPO-Ab,TG-Ab titers were decreased(P<0.01);4.The level of cytokine IL-17 was decreased(P<0.01);5.The thyroid glands of patients with thyroid goiter were narrowed(P<0.05),there were not obvious changes in the thyroid glands without enlargement(P>0.05);6.The curative effect of TCM syndrome was analysed:the numbers of remarkable effect,effect and inefficacy after treatment were 13,20 and seven cases respectively,the total effective rate was 82.5%;7.Safety:the patients had no adverse reaction during the treatment.Conclusion:1.Beimu Exiao pills can reduce the TCM syndrome score of the patients who are blood stasis and phlegm coagulation type and with HT;the clinical symptoms of the patients are obviously improved.2.Beimu Exiao pills can reduce the level of TPO-Ab and TG-Ab antibody titer in patients with HT.3.Beimu Exiao pills can make swollen thyroid narrow,but have no effect on thyroid gland of normal thyroid size.4.Beimu Exiao pills can make the level of IL-17 down,and this may be one of the mechanisms of Beimu Exiao pills on the treatment of HT.
