Objective:Discussion and Analysis Professor Cong Huifang used heart-kidne y-kidney theory to adopt Zishen Qingxin method to treat the disease with heart-kidney disharmony type of diminished ovarian reserve,Observe the improvement of TCM symptoms and levels of sex hormones(FSH,FSH/LH,E2)before and after taking the medicine to evaluate the efficacy of Zishen Qingxin method Objectively and explore its intrinsic mechanism of action,and Providing the basis for further clinical promotion.Methods:This study used a method of comparison before and after treatment,Selected from 34 patients with diminished ovarian reserve who meet the criteria of "incidence of cases and exclusion of patients" and visit the first gynecology clinic and the first Gynecology Ward of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine from January 2016 to December 2017,Useing traditional Chinese medicine for 3 months and the TCM syndr-ome scores before and after treatment were compared with the changes of serum sex hormone levels(FSH,FSH/LH,E2).Results:A total of 34 patients were included in the study,but 2 cases of shedding due to some reasons and the remaining 32 patients.After 3 months of treatment,their total effective rate was 87.5%,of which 1 was cured,9 were markedly effective,18 were effective,and 4 were ineffective.Before and after treatment,They show statistically significant differences;Patients’ TCM symptom scores dropped significantly after treatment and the levels of serum sex hormones FSH,FSH/LH,and E2 were significantly different from those before treatment.Conclusion:1.Based on Professor Cong Huifang’s elaboration of the theory of heart-kidney-kidney,it provides a theoretical basis for the treatment of heart-kidney disharmony type of diminished ovarian reserve by Zi Shen QingXin method.2.Self-made Zishenqingxin prescription has a significant effect in improving the menstrual cycle and the amount of TCM syndromes and sex hormones in patients with heart-kidney disharmony type of diminished ovarian reserve,and Improves the patient’s ovarian function and quality of life.
