Efficy Of Peilianmahuangfang On The Treatment Of Patient With T2DM Stomach Heat Resistance Witn And Its Effect On TNF-α

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Peilianmahuang-fang Decoction in the treatment of obesity type 2 diabetes mellitus with stomach heat resistance.Comparing the change of peripheral blood before and after the treatent Tumor necrosis factor-a,explore chronic low inflammation factor TNF-α in fat T2DM patients in lower blood sugar and weight loss.Methods:A total of patients were selected to be induded in the standard for the inclusion of T2DM patients,and 30 patients were divided into treament group,and 30 in the control group.The control group used routine treatment including diet,movement and oral metformin,and the treatment group was treated with Peilianmahuang-fang on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated continuously for 12 weeks.Observe the changes of TCM syndromes,body weight,BMI,waist circum-ference,FB G,2hPG,HbA1c,FINS,HOMA-IR,blood lipid and TNF-α were observed in the treatment group and control group before and after treatment,urine a-nd fecal routine,liver and kidney function and safety indicators.All date were analyzed by spss22.0.Results:1.Comparing the curative effect and symptom score of TCM syn-dromes between the two groups,the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05),indicating that Peilianmahuang-fang can improve the symptoms and syndromes.2.On two groups of body weight,BMI,waist circumference,three indicators in contrast,before and after treatment respectively for group there were significant differences of the two groups afte r treatment three indicators and comparison between groups,(P<0.05),significant difference,(P<0.01),the treatment group is better than that of control group in terms of weight loss.3.FBG,2hPG,HbAlc level:the two groups before and after treatment of FBG,2hPG,HbAlc are lower,compared with before treatment differences have statistical significance(P<0.01),FBG,2hPG,HbA1c comparative differences between groups with statistical significance(P<0.05).The treatment group was superior to the control group in controlling blood glucose level in patients.4.On two groups of FINS,HOMA-IR indexes before and after treatment are compared,and within the group difference is significant,(P<0.05),at the same time is compared between the two groups after treatment group(P<0.01),the treatment group reduced FINS,HOMA IR is better than the control group.5.In terms of blood lipids,two groups of patients before and after treatment serum TC,TG,LDL-C before and after treatment group compa rative differences are significant(P<0.05),the two groups after treatment compared between groups(P<0.01),the treatment group is better than that of control group in terms of reducing blood fat.6.The differences in TNF-a in the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the two groups were compared between groups(P<0.01),and the differences were statistically significant.Conclusions:1.Peilianmahuang-fang Decoction can improve the TCM syndromes of patients with T2DM stomach heat resistance.2.Peilianmahuang-fang Decoction can reduce the obesity index,FBG,2hPG,and HbA1c,serum lipid levels of the obese T2DM patients.3.Peilianmahuang-fang Decoction can improve the level of TNF-α and improve the insulin resistance of the obese T2DM patients.
