Q hospital was founded in the 1930 s,after 80 years of rapid development,from a single hospital medical service,become a located in the southeast coastal areas a third general hospital,in the region of the people to make the corresponding contribution.At the same time of rapid development,Q the problems in the hospital human resource management,especially the nursing personnel occupies total number about 50%in the hospital,the staff faced with performance pay can't fully reflect personal work ability,work,etc.In recent years,because of the state's strong advocate for healthcare reform,the elimination of drug addition has led hospitals to issue nursing staff performance salaries from a scientific perspective.Through from the Angle of post management,nursing staff performance salary,not only can be fair,open and fair to improve the nursing staff performance salary scheme,but also provide the basis for scientific management of hospital nursing staff.This paper adopts the method of theoretical research and practice to study how to design merit pay distribution plan for Q hospital nurses through post management.In this paper,on the basis of the research literatures and theories,draw lessons from the performance salary allocation scheme from all walks of life both at home and abroad,based on the Q of the hospital industry characteristics and organizational conditions for the improvement of the performance salary allocation scheme by applying the method of literature review,data analysis,semi-structured interviews,field research method about methods to collect related data,such as in the end,according to specific working condition of each department nursing personnel design,post index assessment,job performance,such as nursing output elements.These factors,through scientific and reasonable design,can be fair,just and open to calculate the performance pay of each paramedic.Because each month nursing department to calculate the data needed for performance salary allocation is very complicated and large amount of data,it is recommended that the Q hospital can through a third party company to develop a set of special nursing staff performance salary calculation software,in order to save manpower and ensure the accuracy of the data.According to the characteristics of the hospital itself with the specific features of each department,hospital nursing staff performance salary allocation scheme for Q improvement research,reflects the characteristics of this article,hope for other nursing staff medical institutions,medical personnel,medical personnel,administrative personnel performance wage distribution provides a train of thought,conforms to the country's health care policy.
