Objective: This paper is intended to investigate the correlation between the difference of plasma inflammatory factor levels and progression of cerebral infarction.Method: 100 cerebral infarction patients under treatment in our department from August,2013 to August,2015 were selected in this study.Patients were divided into two subgroups, according to disease progression, they are the stable cerebral infarction group and progressive cerebral infarction group.Examine and compare the level difference of serum concentrations of IL-6 and IL-8 and TNF-α in two groups.Basing on the medical history, physical examination,non-invasive examination and diagnosis and classification criteria for cerebral infarction, progressive cerebral infarction were classified as severe, moderate and mild in severity. The levels of serum IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-α were compared among the three subgroups, severe, moderate and mild subgroups. Results : Compared with the stable cerebral infarction group,IL-6 and IL-8 levels were significantly higher in the progressive cerebral infarction group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);but there was no significant difference in TNF-α level between the two groups(P > 0.05).Adopting the q text analysis and comparison, the result shows significant differences in IL-6 and IL-8 and TNF-α levels among the severe, moderate and mild subgroups of progressive cerebral infarction group, and the levels of IL-6 and IL-8 and TNF-α were positively related with the severity of the progressive cerebral infarction(P <0.05).Conclusion: Serum inflammatory factors differences are correlated with the progression of cerebral infarction, and inflammatory responses might take part in mechanism pathophysiologic of progressive cerebral infarction.
