ObjectivesTo explore the effects of elastic band resistance training program in cardiac rehabilitation of home-based patients with coronary heart disease.Methods101 participants who lived in Nanguan Community Health Service Center of Zhengzhou City were selected as subjects.According to the community,101 participants were divided into intervention group(50 cases)and control group(51cases).The intervention group received the intervention of Elastic band resistance training combined with cardiac rehabilitation education for twelve weeks and at least 3 times a week,at least 30 min each time.Education was carried out in the education project,five times a week.The control group received routine nursing intervention,including health education lectures and telephone counseling.To evaluate the efficacy of elastic band resistance training combined with cardiac rehabilitation education,Chinese-miniphysical performance testing,30-second Arm Curl Test,sit-stand-to-sit 10 test,6-min Walk Test and China questionnaire of quality of life in patients with cardiovascular diseases were assessed at baseline,at 1 month,at 3 month.Results92 participants finished the whole data collecting process,45 cases in intervention group,47 cases in control group.After three months of intervention,The average score of CM-PPT in the intervention group was increased to(12.89±2.52)before intervention(10.16 ±2.23);The average number of 30-ACT in the intervention group was increased to(22.27±2.29)before intervention(20.04±2.35);The average time of STS10 in the intervention group was decreased to(28.29±4.38)seconds before intervention(31.61±6.06)seconds;The average walking meters of 6MWT was extended to(653.97 ± 31.70)by intervention(581.71±49.62).The total body function,muscle fitness and cardiopulmonary fitness of the intervention group were significantly higher than before intervention(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the total body function,cardiopulmonary fitness and muscle fitness of the intervention group were significantly improved(P<0.05).The average score of CQQC in the intervention group was increased to(80.07±12.93)before intervention(61.62±14.82)and the total score of CQQC in the first and third months of intervention was improved compared with that before intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total quality of life in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference of intervention effect between the two groups was statistically significant(F=18.033,P<0.001).There was statistically significant difference between the two groups in the score of physical strength(F=12.626,P=0.002).There was statistically significant difference between the two groups in the average score intervention effect(F=5.242,P<0.001).The total quality of life of the intervention group increased gradually with time.Conclusion1.Elastic band resistance training combined with cardiac rehabilitation education is a simple and effective program of home-based cardiac rehabilitation.It can enhance the physical function of patients with coronary heart disease in the community,especially cardiopulmonary fitness and muscle fitness.It also can improve the quality of life.2.The home-based cardiac rehabilitation programme can improve the cardiac rehabilitation awareness of patients with coronary heart disease and enhance their training compliance.It can be used in home care of patients with coronary heart disease and provide reference for community health workers to exercise guidance for the patients living in the community.
