Objective: HPV infection is a common phenomenon, most of which is a transient infection and stands a great chance to regress spontaneously.Persistent infection of high-risk HPV could cause cervical lesions. The correlation factors between persistent infection and cervical lesion are not clear, due to differences in virus subtypes, host conditions and other aspects, accordingly the natural process of HPV infection cases vary a lot.For cytologic negative cases, experts have no final conclusions on how to further shunt management in patients with high-risk subtypes of HPV.The commonly recommended approach is to review TCT and HPV one year later.Long interval followup period may cause greater pressure on patients and loss of visit gradually.Studying the correlation between HPV infection and different levels of cervical lesions could provide information on HPV pathogenic ability and clinical guidance on how to make active intervention of different HPV subtype infection. Methods: The treatment cases in our hospital outpatient service line of TCT and HPV screening at the same time during June 2013-June 2017 in the second affiliated hospital of Dalian medical university hospital were chosen as study data in this research. All the cases mentioned above include HPV infection TCT normal group,TCT abnormal group of low level intraepithelial neoplasia,high-grade intraepithelial neoplasia group as well as cervical cancer group. The HPV subtypes of cervical lesions at different levels were statistically analyzed in this report. As each HPV subtype has its own specific gene sequence, modern technology can tell them apart by screening their DNA sequence.Nowadays 21 HPV subtypes are widely screened at clinical level and they are further divided into high-risk group and low-risk group based on their pathogenicity. We adopted diagnostic kit from Kai-Pu company to screen HPV subtypes and the major protocol is as follows. After DNA hybridization, the matched DNA chains could be used for visualization and subtype identification by comparing with standard cards of this method could detect even 350 copies for each HPV subtype and the sensibility could reach as high as 98%.Conclusion: 1.The proportion of HPV16 was high in different levels of cervical lesions, and the proportion of HPV16 would grow with the increase of cervical lesion level. The cervical cancer group was even as high as 53.8%.2.The infection of the mixed HPV subtype would decrease with the increase of cervical lesion level on the contrary.3.For high grade intraepithelial neoplasia and cervical cancer group,HPV negative proportion accounted for about 3.4%-7.1%.4.In cervical cancer group, the HPV16,HPV33 and HPV18 subtype infection account the most proportion and should be paid more attention to in clinical cases.
