| Objective:Two different exhaled nitric oxide monitors were used to monitor the exhaled nitric oxide(FeNO)in asthmatic children with remission respectively.The consistency of the monitoring indexes of the two instruments was discussed and the differences and correlations were analyzed,Providing clinical evidence for the possibility of implementing FeNO monitoring for children in the younger age group.Methods:Using retrospective study method,the choice in January 2016-January 2018 in DaLian children’s hospital of the asthma clinic asthmatic children,standardized and systematic treatment of children with asthma remission 79 example,application of two kinds of feno monitoring instrument,analysis and evaluate the consistency of asthma in remission.Results:1.Among 79 children with asthma remission,54 cases completed FeNO monitoring with A instrument,with a completion rate of 68.4%.FeNO was monitored in group B with 79 cases completed with a completion rate of 100%.The completion rate of group B was significantly higher than that of group A,P < 0.05,Significant and statistically significant.2.Among the 42 preschool children,19 cases were completed with group A instruments and the completion rate was 45.2%.The completion rate of 42 cases was 100% in group B,and the completion rate in group B was higher than that in group A,P <0.05,Significant and statistically significant.3.37 cases of school-age children,the application of A group of instruments completed 35 cases,the completion rate was 94.6%,the application of B apparatus completed 37 cases,the completion rate was 100%,B group slightly higher completion rate than the A group,P> 0.05,The difference was not statistically significant.4.There were no significant differences between the 54 children who completed A and B monitoring at the same time.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P> 0.05).19 cases of pre-school children,the two instruments to monitor the results of the differences were compared by the paired four table chi-square test,P> 0.05,the difference was not significant,no statistically significant.5.The correlation analysis was done on 54 children who completed both A and B instrument monitoring.The Kappa test showed that the Kappa value was 0.589,P <0.01,with significant difference,which was statistically significant.Kappa value was 0.582,P <0.01,significant difference was statistically significant;35 cases of school-age children,the two instruments The correlation analysis of monitoring results,using Kappa test,Kappa value of 0.595,P <0.01,significant difference,with statistical significance.Conclusion:1.Among the children with remission of asthma,the domestic FeNO monitor can better complete the monitoring of Fe NO,the completion rate is obviously better than the imported FeNO monitoring instrument.2.The preschool children in asthma remission period,the domestic FeNO monitor can better complete the FeNO monitoring,the completion rate is obviously superior to the imported FeNO monitor.3.FeNO monitoring of school-age children in asthma remission is not limited by instruments and FeNO monitoring is well performed using both instruments.4.In the remission of asthma,the domestic FeNO monitor is suitable for a wider range of age,especially for preschool children who can not cooperate to complete,which opens up a new way for FeNO monitoring in preschool children. |
