ObjectivesPurposes:(1)To understand the resilience,self-efficacy and social supp ort of patients with rectal cancer after ostomy;(2)To analyze the influencing factors of resilience in patients with rectal cancer;(3)To investigate the correlation between self-efficacy,social support and resilience in patients with rectal cancer. Methods:It is a descriptive research that selecting 180 cases of rectal ca ncer after colostomy patients receiving general surgery ward in treat ment and included in the standard as the research objects and takin g the method of cluster sampling in 4 first-class ternary hospitals i n ChangSha during July 2017 to December 2017.The patients were investigated by the general information questionnaire,Connor-David son resilience scale,ostomy-related self-efficacy scale and social sup port rating scale. The SPSS22.0statistical software is used to analyze and process the data.Statistical methods include descriptive statisti cs analysis,t-Test,analysis of variance,Kruskal-Willis H test and m ultiple linear stepwise regression,Spearman related analysis,etc.Results:(1)The average total score of the resilience was(61.3 6±17.16).Among the three dimension mean scores, the scores from high to low were optimism, tenacity and self-improvement.It was(2.54 ±0.87)、(2.44±0.74)and(2.42 ±0.76).(2)The score of self-efficacy after rectal cancer ostomy was(77.04±23.78).In this study, there were 70 patients(38.9%)with low self-efficacy level. There were 82 patients with "moderate efficacy",accounting for 45.50%,and 28 patients with self-efficacy reached "high efficiency" level(15.60%).(3)The total score of social support was(30.74 ±4.95).objective support>subjective support>utilization of social support. The mean dimensional scores were(3.26 ±0.42)、(3.23 ±0.73)and(2.66 ±0.70).(4)Univariate analysis shows that:gender, education, per capita monthly income, payment method, residence, nursing time, life change, postoperative days, stoma type affect the score of resilience of postoperative patients with Rectal ostomy, the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05);Multiple linear stepwise regression analysis shows that the payment method, the social effectiveness dimension of the orostomy, the subjective support dimension and the social support utilization are put into the regression equation.(5)Spearman correlation analysis showed that there was a positively correlation between stoma self-efficacy,stoma care effectiveness, social interaction and resilience after rectal cancer ostomy(P<0.01),and the correlation coefficients were(0.526**,0.626**,0.617**).Social support, objective support, subjective support and social support utilization were positively correlated with resilience(P<0.01 or P<0.05),and the correlation coefficients were(0.613**,0.168*,0.605**,0.521**).Conclusions:(1)The level of mental resilience is at a moderate level.Education level, per capita monthly income, payment method, residence, nursing stoma time, life change, hospitalization days and type of stoma were the main influencing factors of mental resilience of postoperative patients with Rectal ostomy;(2)The level of score of self-efficacy in patients with rectal cancer was at the middle, and the score of social support was in the general level.(3)The better the self-efficacy level of the patients after rectal cancer stoma, the higher mental resilience. The higher level of social support, the better the mental resilience.
