Objective:To observe the clinical effect of yang xin tang’s treatment on unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease(qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome),and to evaluate its efficacy and safety.Methods:124 patients with unstable angina pectoris(qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome)who were eligible for admission were selected and randomly divided into control group and treatment group.During the course of the treatment,4 cases were lost because of poor compliance, and 120 cases were completed. The two groups were both given conventional treatment of Western Medicine(including expansion of crown, anti platelet aggregation, anticoagulant, fat transfer). On this basis, the treatment group was added with traditional Chinese medicine yang xin tang(from pharmacy room of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University Of Chinese Medicine),150ml/bags/times,and 2 times in the morning and evening. The treatment was 4 weeks. The electrocardiogram changes, angina pectoris efficacy and integral, nitroglycerin stoping rate between the two groups before and after treatment, and their safety was evaluated.Results:1.The total effective rate of ECG:the treatment group was 73.33%and the control group was 63.33%,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).2.Comparisont of the efficacy of angina pectoris:the treatment group was 86.67%,the control group was 81.67%,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).3.Comparison of angina pectoris integral:Episodes of angina pectoris, pain degree and duration after treatment were decreased in two groups, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Episodes of angina pectoris, pain degree and duration were significantly lower than those in the control group after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Comparison of nitroglycerin stop rate:the the treatment group was 56.67%,the control group was 50%,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.Safety monitoring:before the test, there were 4 patients with high ALT,respectively 52U/L,49U/L,52.3U/L,60U/L,and 4 weeks later to review the liver function. The results showed that the ALT values were all restored to normal. And 4 cases of renal function CR before the test were 108.1 μmol/L,109μmol/L,114.5v,107.6μmol/LL,4 weeks later rechecked the renal function. The results showed that CR values were unchanged or resumed normal. There were 5 cases on the low side. They were 40.2μmol/L,41.4μmol/L,40.2μmol/L,47.3μmol/L and 42.1μmol/L respectively. After 4 weeks, the renal function was rechecked. The results showed that the CR value was restored to normal. The liver and kidney function of the rest patients were not significantly different from those before treatment, and all of them were in the normal range before and after treatment.Conclusion:1.Yang xin tang can improve the electrocardiogram effect of unstable angina pectoris(qi deficiency and blood stasis type).2.Yang xin tang can significantly reduce the dosage of nitroglycerin in coronary heart disease patients with unstable angina pectoris(qi deficiency and blood stasis type).3.Yang xin tang can improve the symptom of angina pectoris in patients with unstable angina pectoris(qi deficiency and blood stasis type).
