Eliminate Gall Ⅰ Number Treatment The Clinical Curative Effect Observation Of Nodular Goiter

PurPoseBy comparing before and after treatment the changes of thyroid nodule diameter and goiter,investigate eliminate gall I number of blood stasis type TanNing the clinical therapeutic effect of nodular goiter.MethodIn this study,60 Patients included in the diagnostic criteria were selected from the endocrine outpatient department of the first affiliated hospital of heilongjiang university of traditional Chinese medicine from December 2016 to December 2017.Patients take away gall I number 12 weeks compared to before and after treatment of thyroid nodule diameter,goiter,TCM syndrome integral,the change of TCM symptoms curative effect.Result1.Maximum diameter of thyroid nodule:compared with before treatment,the maximum diameter of Patients after treatment was significantly reduced,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).2.Changes in thyroid enlargement:compared with the treatment before treatment,the enlarged thyroid was obvious after treatment.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).3.Changes in single symptom score of traditional Chinese medicine:compared with before treatment,the Patient’s anterior jugular distension,The symptoms of chest tightness,Phlegm,chest Pain and irritation were all decreased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).4.Total score of TCM syndromes changed:compared with pre-treatment,the total score of TCM syndromes decreased significantly after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion1.Eliminate gall I can obviously reduce nodular goiter(blood stasis type TanNing)in Patients with the biggest diameter and an enlarged thyroid nodules.2.Eliminate gall I can improve nodular goiter(blood stasis type TanNing)located in Patients with sleep,chest tightness is not comfortable,throat have sputum,chest pain and boredom.
