| The railway locomotive vehicle maintenance operation is one important part of the safety operation management of railroad.The study on the occupational health prevention of locomotive vehicle maintenance workers is greatly significant to the safety and reliability for the operation of railway locomotive.In the course of railway locomotive maintenance,the operators may have contact with various kinds of occupational hazard factors with high occupational hazards.Meanwhile,along with the increased miles of railway operation in China,as well as the input of new technology and new materials for usage,these have all promoted the workload of railway locomotive maintenance to be continuously increased.Even though the workload is continuously increased,the occupational hygiene work of railway locomotive vehicle maintenance work is comparatively lagged behind,and it causes the locomotive maintenance operators to lack the effective occupational hygiene protection.The long-term contact with the occupational hazard factors will cause the serious damage to the health of operators.This paper takes the electric motor maintenance workshop of one locomotive maintenance plant as the study subject,and combines with the maintenance process and procedures of railway locomotive electric machine,as well as carries out the detection and integrated analysis to the occupational hazard factors that the various position may have contact with in the course of maintaining the locomotive electric motor to select the key controlling positions with high occupational hazards.Meanwhile,this paper raises the effective hygiene preventative measures and advices to the occupational hazard factors existing in the operational environment of key controlling positions,as well as carries out the recheck comparison analysis to the occupational hazard factors of each key controlling position after performing the preventative measures to confirm the effectiveness of hygiene preventative measures. |
