Clinical Study On Intervention Of Lung Cancer With Diabetes Mellitus By Clearing Heat And Removing

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect and safety of clearing heat and promoting blood circulation method on the patients of lung cancer with diabetes mellitus.To study the the effective therapeutic methods and herbal formulas for intervention of patients with lung cancer accompanied with diabetes mellitus.Methods:60 patients of lung cancer accompanied with diabetes were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with cleaning away heat and promoting blood circulation besides TP regimen and metformin hypoglycemic regimen,while the control group without herbal medicinal therapy.Taking 21 days as one period,and the therapeutic effect was evaluated after 4 periods.The following indexes were recorded:The levels of HbAlc,FPG,F-dimer,fibrinogen,prothrombin time(PT)and activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)Index and KPS score,symptom score of TCM,quality of life score,objective curative effect of solid tumor and safety indexes.The following indexes were recorded:The levels of HbAlc,FPG,F-dimer,fibrinogen,prothrombin time(PT)and activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)Index and KPS score,symptom score of TCM,quality of life score,objective curative effect of solid tumor and safety indexes.Results:① Tumor hypercoagulability index:D-dimer and FIB values decreased after treatment.There was significant difference in D-dimer and FIB after treatment between the two groups(P<0.05),and the treatment group was lower than the control group.There was no significant difference in PT and APTT between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).② blood glucose indicators:HbAlc,FPG values decreased after treatment.There was significant difference in HbAlc and FPG after treatment between the two groups(P<0.05).③ KPS score:The KPS score in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group after treatment,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P>0.05).④ TCM Syndromes:After treatment,the effective rate in the treatment group was 80%,and the effective rate in the control group was 53.3%.There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).⑤ The quality of life score:The score of treatment group is higher than the control group.There was statistically significant difference(P<0.05).⑥ Objective tumor curative effect:There was no significant difference after treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).⑦ Adverse reactions:There are statistically significant differences(P<0.05)in two groups about nausea,vomiting and diarrhea.The incidence of digestive tract side effects in the treatment group was lower than that of the control group.Conclusion:Clearing away heat and promoting blood circulation method can effectively control the level of blood sugar of patients with lung cancer accompanied with diabetes,relieve symptoms,improve life quality,and reduce the incidence of digestive tract side effects caused by chemotherapy.
