Clinical Research On The Effect Of Yang-warming Sequential Therapy In The Treatment Of Acute Ischemic Stroke

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of using YangWarming Sequential Therapy for treatment of ischemic stroke,so as to provide new ideas and methods for the prevention and treatment of ischemic stroke.Methods:According to the domestic criteria for the diagnosis of ischemic stroke,60 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine western medicine treatment,the treatment group was given Yang-warming sequential treatment on the basis of conventional treatment,which is based on Western medicine were given the Yanghua Decoction of "Guizhi method" a course of 8 days and the Fuyang Decoction of "Sini method" a course of 20 days,a total of 28 days of treatment for 1 courses.The changes of TCM symptom score,modified Rankin score,neurological deficit score(NIHSS),activity of daily living(ADL)and neuropeptide Y(NPY)in two groups before and after treatment were observed.Results:(1)clinical efficacy: the total effective rate of the control group was 82.14%,the total effective rate in the treatment group was 93.10%,The clinical efficacy were significiant differences in the treatment group comparing with the control group(P < 0.05).(2)TCM syndrome scores: two groups could improve the TCM syndrome scores of ischemic stroke patients after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,compared with the control group,the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).(3)Modified Rankin scores: the two groups could improve the Rankin score of ischemic stroke patients(P< 0.05)after treatment,and the treatment group was better than the control group after treatment(P<0.05).(4)NIHSS score:the two groups after treatment can improve the NIHSS score of ischemic stroke patients(P<0.05).After treatment,the treatment group is better than the control group(P<0.05).(5)Activities of daily living scores(ADL): the two groups can improve the ADL score of ischemic stroke patients after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the treatment group is better than the control group(P<0.05).(6)Immunological index neuropeptide Y(NPY): the plasma neuropeptide Y level in two groups decreased after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the plasma neuropeptide Y(NPY)level in the treatment group decreased more significantly than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion:Yang-Warming sequential therapy can improve clinical efficacy in patients with ischemic stroke patients,improve the TCM symptom score,modified Rankin score,NIHSS score and ADL score,the mechanism may be related to the decrease of plasma neuropeptide Y(NPY)l-evel of patients.
