The Clinical Study Of Combination Of Traditional Chinese And Western Medicine In Treatment Of Qi Deficiency Of Spleen And Kidney In Menopause

Objective:To explore the mechanism and clinical efficacy of my tutor Professor with hemostatic decoction combined with western medicine treatment of the climacteric "spleen and kidney deficiency type metrorrhagia,provide feasible ideas and methods to further for the treatment of climacteric dysfunctional uterine bleeding.To provide a theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine for clinical application of climacteric dysfunctional uterine bleeding,promote the application of hemostatic decoction combined with western medicine on " the basis for the popularization of menopausal uterine bleeding.Methods:This study follows the clinical research methods of parallel random control,the standard of deficiency of spleen and kidney type of uterine bleeding were divided into treatment group of traditional Chinese medicine with Western Medicine(20 cases),control group of Western Medicine(20 cases)and traditional Chinese medicine(20 cases).The treatment group treated by traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine combined,in the bleeding period with self-made hemostatic prescription,non bleeding period with the self-made "hemostatic prescription" subtracted madder,and yam,angelica,rehmannia,Ejiao oral combined with western medicine "Norethisterone Tablets".The pure western medicine control group was treated with "Norethisterone Tablets".The pure Chinese medicine treatment group in the bleeding period with the self-made "hemostatic prescription,non bleeding period with self-made hemostatic prescription minus madder,and yam,angelica,ejiao.The course of treatment is 3 menstrual cycles.Observe and record two groups of patients before and after treatment hemostasis time,menstrual period clinical manifestations and related TCM clinical symptom score,and adverse reactions during medication.The results were statistically analyzed.Results:(1)Three groups of the first drug cycle hemostatic time situation,the Chinese and western medicine group effective rate was 95%,effective rate of 90% pure western medicine group,pure Chinese medicine control group 50%,Statistical analysis showed that there was no significant difference between traditional Chinese medicine group and western medicine group in hemostasis time than that of traditional Chinese medicine group.(2)Three groups in menstrual quantity,menstrual period before and after treatment compared within each group,with significant difference statistically significant(P < 0.05),the three groups after the treatment is than before the treatment,three groups in menstrual quantity,menstrual period were improved.Compare the differences between groups have significant statistical significance(P < 0.05),explain Chinese and western medicine group is superior to western medicine and Chinese medicine group,and the western medicine group is superior to the traditional Chinese medicine.(3)Three groups in hemoglobin values and TCM symptom score before and after treatment in each group,with significant difference statistically significant(P < 0.05),the three groups after the treatment is better than before the treatment,three groups in hemoglobin values and TCM symptom score were improved.Compare the differences between groups have significant statistical significance(P < 0.05),explain Chinese and western medicine group is superior to western medicine and Chinese medicine group,and traditional Chinese medicine group is superior to western medicine.(4)There was significant difference between the first period hemostasis time and the third period hemostasis time group(P < 0.05)indicating that three groups after three menstrual cycles were treated more significantly than those treated by first cycle therapy.Comparison between groups showed that there was no significant difference between western medicine group and western medicine group than traditional Chinese medicine group.(5)Three groups of three treatment cycles and discontinuation after three cycles,in terms of total curative effect of TCM symptoms index,effective rate is 95%,Chinese and western medicine group is 85%,and western medicine group 60%,comparison between groups,with significant difference statistically significant(P < 0.05),the Chinese and western medicine group is superior to western medicine and Chinese medicine group,and traditional Chinese medicine group is superior to western medicine.(6)Three groups of treatment discontinuation after three menstrual cycles,observing the recurrence rate within 3 months after drug withdrawal is as follows: the Chinese and western medicine treatment group was 5.0%,the pure western medicine control group was 30.0%,the pure Chinese medicine control group is 15.0%.Three groups of the recurrence rate is significant differences(P < 0.05),with statistical significance.That Chinese and western medicine group recurrence rate is lowest,while the western medicine group recurrence rate is highest.Conclusion:My tutor self-made hemostatic prescription combined with western medicine "Norethisterone Tablets" was on the clinical curative effect of the treatment of spleen and kidney qi blood to treat menopausal uterine bleeding,play the advantage of combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine effective hemostasis,and can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,improve the TCM syndrome curative effect index,improve the quality of life of the patients,with a high clinical value,and no obvious adverse reaction,the clinical application is safe,is worthy of further promotion.
